Are you visiting La Crosse to paddle, fish, hike, bike, or ski? With bluff views, the Bicycle Professor's Bungalow is close to it all. My home is a ten minute walk to the marvelous Marsh Trail system that links the University to Downtown. I will happily offer tips for restaurants, walks, bicycle rides and places to ski. The Driftless terrain is endless!

My place is 10 minutes from downtown La Crosse, close to the airport, but you'll feel a world away. You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet, but mostly THE VIEWS. All the modern conveniences of dishwasher, microwave, shower and stove/fridge, washer & dryer. You'll never see the same sunset! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers. Full list of amenities available, but worth noting here that coffee is NOT provided. There is a drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig for pods.

La Crosse is super close to enjoy skiing/snowboarding. 15 minute drive to downtown La Crosse and 3 miles North of Stoddard puts you in a great central location for the area. Pets are welcome. This guest room is next door to our restaurant, Red Pines Bar & Grill so a stay here means access to a full-service restaurant & bar, volleyball courts, the lake and great people. We are always available if you need anything during your stay. We also have our Red Pines Cafe open 7:30 am seven days a week when the main restaurant is closed. There are 5 other rooms in Red Pines Lodging so the space is basically a hotel with your own private access.

Grapevine Log Cabins, based in Sparta WI, offers pet friendly cabin rentals on a family dairy farm. Amenities and activities include: a walking trail, bike trail, cows in pasture, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, grills outside (there is no cooking in the cabins), Air Conditioning, Heat and firewood is supplied. Nearby activities include: canoeing, fishing, 4 wheeling, antiquing, and superb scenic sites. Pet Policy: Pets may stay with you for an extra $25 per pet/night.

Close to Kwik Trip, Walgreens, Food and Animal Watching! 10 min. away from downtown and UWL! Faye's Place is my childhood home and is a small immersive experience.
