Rachida and her husband are always concerned about the well-being of the people who rent their home, which is very clean and well maintained. They communicate a lot and easily as needed while knowing how to maintain discretion throughout the stay.

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. One thing that really stuck with me was something he said during our tour: “I always put myself in my guests’ shoes and treat them how I would want my own family to be treated.” That statement perfectly reflects how he hosts—with genuine kindness, care, and attention to every detail. Tarik goes above and beyond in every way. He is personable, respectful, and truly dedicated to making sure guests have the best experience possible. We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Salina's house. The house is very nice, cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Featuring a pleasant garden with trees. Many thanks to Salina for her hospitality and the welcome surprises (fruits, sweets, etc.)! We'll be happy to go back.

Beautiful apartment, very well located, close to a shopping center and easily accessible. Everything was perfect: we spent a pleasant night in total calm. Pascal was very responsive to my request and really attentive. I fell in love with the private garden, it's simply magnificent 🌿💚 Thank you for this wonderful stay! A big thank you to Fabien who does everything for his visitors with an instant reaction. - the accommodation described is perfect, beautiful living room, large TV, beautiful bedroom with 160 bed and very good mattress, perfect bathroom with washing machine, small outdoor area, appreciable, nothing to complain about, but beware the tram t9 has a special price. If I come back to Paris, this is where I will come again. Thank you FABIEN, it is rare to find accommodation so well suited. HENRI

The instructions for self check-in is a little lengthy, but detailed. I had a hard time finding the mailbox because the name was faded, but overall check-in and check-out is very easy. The place was clean and organized - although a picture frame that was taped to the wall fell off in the middle of the night and startled me. Other perks of this place is the bakery at the corner (the pistachio and raspberry croissant were amazing there)! This place is spacious and conveniently located next to T9 for transportation and a short walk away from Bus 132.

Gehane was very friendly and she responded to all questions from when we booked until we checked out. I recommend staying at her place. I'll definitely come back soon. thanks 🙏

The place was very nice and clean, it's a quiet place even though there is a bus stop in front of the door. There is an easy connection near by, within 20 minutes you're in the centre of Paris. Thanks for the lovely stay and we hope we may stay here again!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Very good accommodation, with a really good location whether it is for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very appreciable. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights too) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!
