At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Greenway nearby, 30 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes from a farmers market, 200m from a charcuterie. Bourg 3 km away with all amenities. Ideal accommodation for 4 people. Beyond 4 people, it's more in "camping mode". Possibility of larger groups (some came at 15!).

Garden area with table and chairs to enjoy meals under the Normandy sun! Those intolerant to the songs of chickens should refrain, the cottage is close to a hen house, which can be a nuisance for people not used to or refractory to country noises. No wifi - 4G network
