Thank you Jacqueline for being such an accommodating host. we had the pleasure to stay at your airbnb and had a comfortable stay of 4 days. This place is perfect for a long duration stay as all amenities with full kitchen are available in the place. We had no issues finding anything because of home tour given by Jacqueline. This place is definitely recommended for a short to long stay who are looking to explore swiss beauty. We are grateful of Jacqueline to assist us in giving lift for pick up and drop. We stayed in a spacious accommodation spread across four floors, featuring one bedroom on the ground floor and another on the second floor. The property is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from a small train station, making it relatively easy to reach—especially if you're arriving via a larger hub like Montreux. However, it's important to note that while the location is scenic and peaceful, the nearby train station is very small and there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. We arrived late and hadn't realized that basic shopping (e.g., milk, butter, kitchen roll, hand towels for the kitchen) needed to be done in advance or in a larger town. Future guests may want to plan ahead and stock up on essentials before arriving. That said, the mountain views and tranquil setting

Claudia’s home is one of the nicest homes I’ve stayed at. New, clean, huge, and that view!!!! We never wanted to leave and opted for rooftop dinners almost every evening. Truly a beautiful home that our whole extended family could be comfortable in thanks to the separate floors. Claudia was so helpful in explaining how the train works and we loved stepping out the front door to ride into town each day, but escaping to quiet in the evenings. Thank you and we hope to return!

Living the live and Ncolas’ place! We spent 5 days in this beautiful house that leaves NO wishes open. On top of that, Nicolas is very friendly and always responsive and helpful. We will come back next year!

Annie’s place was perfect for our stay near Montreux! Bigger than I expected based on the photos, so it was nice to spread out with our group of 6. My kids loved the dart board and those views from the balconies can’t be beat. Annie was so sweet and easy to communicate with. Her little touches made for the best few days!

We only stayed one night, the space is ideal for a family with 3 children, there are games in the house and the space is suitable for them. Verena was very flexible with arrival and departure times and very kind and discreet in showing us the accommodation. Family environment, we recommend it.

Beautiful place located with beautiful surroundings. Totally recommended.

The apartment is perfect, spacious, extremely clean and well-equipped. The location is ideal, an exceptional view of the mountains and literally at the foot of the ski and tobogganing slopes. However, you should know that the rental is managed by the tourist office, the exchanges remain quite impersonal and the response time is long. We arrived at 6 p.m., so outside the opening hours, and the exact entrance to the building was not indicated (only all the buildings are surrounded on the map). So it was impossible to reach someone, and with 3 children including a baby, in the dark and in the snow, it was very complicated. Other than that the experience is great and we will definitely recommend this place!

We stayed here for a few nights during the Désalpe in Charmey, and had a wonderful stay. It was ideally located - outside the main village, but only a ten minute walk away - with a great view of the surrounding hills. The apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable, and ... more so than other places I've stayed at ... really felt cozy, like you were staying at a friend's place. Could only highly recommend a stay here!

I stayed at Matthieu’s place for three nights while visiting my kid who’s studying in Switzerland. The view was absolutely stunning, and the interior felt like something out of the Ritz Carlton. Clearly, Christelle and Matthieu put a lot of care into every detail. The Wi-Fi was also super fast, which was a big plus. Both Christelle and Matthieu were warm and welcoming. We had some great conversations during my stay. The location is just a 5–7 minute walk from the train station. Unless you're traveling with more than two people, I’d recommend skipping the rental car and going with one or two Eurail business class pass instead. Thank you again, Christelle and Matthieu! Beautiful apartment in a quaint little neighborhood. Close to the funicular to get up and down the mountain. Great location to the vineyards. It was a tad tricky to find it when we arrived. Got off at the wrong bus stop and then ubered because it was difficult to walk up the main road (no sidewalk at one point). I pictured it being a little closer to the train station, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again because it was so lovely.

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay - we’re already missing the views! There is lots to see and visit in the surrounding areas and it’s 10 minutes from the motorway if you’re looking to travel further afield. Susanne was a brilliant host, very attentive, extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We would love to come back!

We enjoyed the stay even though the weather was not so consistent. You also felt comfortable with storm and rain, not least because of the cheminee. Very helpful hosts, that was especially evident in the first help with a small fire injury.

We stayed at Patrice's house for an extended weekend (6 adults with 4 children). We all had enough space for retreat and great, large common areas. The generosity of Patrice and his family overwhelmed us very much. So many toys were allowed to be used. For our children it was absolute paradise! The amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and garden were also absolutely fantastic. The pool and garden were a dream. We were able to relax very well and enjoyed the time with Patrice very much. We'd love to come back another time.

Everything was perfect!

We had a blast. As a family of 4, we got there and felt right at home. The kids absolutely loved the place, and so did we. It's so peaceful yet a lot to do around. Amazing to go for walks and is well located to get to Lausanne as well as Montreux/Vevey. Awesome house that was super easy to feel comfortable in, the surroundings are amazing and breath-taking, the host was super friendly and responsive and we just had a blast on our trip. We will definitely be returning again in the near future.
