Welcome to our lovely rooftop apartment! We are a Mexican family renting our rooftop apartment in Coyoacán. The apartment consists of an outdoor living area and a cozy fully-equipped apartment. It is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood near UNAM and downtown Coyoacán. The apartment is independent to our house, so you will access through private stairs that go directly to the rooftop. Our guests enjoy the rooftop for reading, exercising, or simply relaxing in this small city oasis.

Coyoacán Studio - 5 Min to Frida Kahlo's Casa Azul

The studio-apartment was recently renovated and can accommodate up to 2 people or a family with 1-2 kids. It is located in the safe and beautiful neighborhood of Coyoacan; 500 meters from Frida Kahlo's house "La Casa Azul", 350 meters from Coyoacan's market (local food, handcrafts, lot more) and close to restaurants, coffee shops, libraries and public transportation. WiFi, washing machine & dryer, hairdryer, iron, pack n-play (upon request). The best place for travellers.

El Depto se encuentra en una zona privilegiada. El mercado de comida se encuentra a contra esquina, tiene un parque enfrente y las Ecobicis a 1 cuadra. Hay muchos restaurantes a la redonda, cafés y vistas hermosas, bares a pocas cuadras si te gusta la vida nocturna. Internet de 200 mb para trabajar remotamente si lo deseas, así como zonas compartidas dentro de la propiedad para relajarte. Recientemente instalamos una ventana termo acústica q evita el ruido en el cuarto.

We have high-speed Wi-Fi: more than 100 Mbps. There is a modern and well-equipped gym in the building.
