In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

Only a few minutes to the North Sea Friedrichskoog is about 7 km away. Our surroundings are great for cycling, Nordic walking or just relaxing.

We found it totally nice at Jörn's. Cozy little accommodation with everything you need. Nice and quiet and bright. On foot, you can quickly reach the town center and theoretically also the water. Unfortunately, not because of the construction work, but we knew that beforehand. The contact was quick and super friendly and the apartment totally clean. We didn't miss anything. The 1.40m bed was a little adjustment, but for 2 nights we found it totally okay.

I was just able to spend 14 days full of peace and quiet in this vacation home. As soon as I arrived, I was so excited, as the first impression already seemed very well maintained. When I got in, I was even more excited. Everything is so lovingly and cozily furnished and designed, so you just had to feel comfortable. Nothing was missing, even the kitchen is well equipped. The location is great, when the dike renovation in Friedrichskoog is completed, then you have direct access to the dike. It was wonderfully quiet, so I could really relax. Communication with Doris was always great and also super fast. The garden is very nice and also opaque enough that you don't feel like you're on display. My highlight was also the conservatory with the rocking chair. I highly recommend it and will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable with Désirée from the beginning. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail, sparkling clean and offers everything you need – and even more. You can immediately feel that a real host's heart and a lot of experience come together here. Désirée is a wonderful, attentive hostess who is always available and cares with great cordiality – even for the well-being of our dog when he was not well. We are particularly grateful for that. The area is ideal for beautiful walks right outside the door. There are also many options for excursions - or you can simply explore the nice village on the other side of the Elbe, which can be reached quickly and free of charge with the small ferry. A place to arrive, breathe and feel good. We will be happy to come back!

We spent three nights at this really great place. The location is fantastically beautiful, in the middle of nature, between ponds, forest and a swimming lake. An important tip that would have helped us a lot: Don't forget tick/ mosquito spray 😇 The house is well equipped, there is a very comfortable bed (we haven't slept so quiet and well for a long time) and a small, practically equipped kitchen. The highlight is the sauna next door, which we even had to ourselves during our stay. Markus was a wonderful host. He was totally friendly, always available for questions and yet discreetly reserved. Would recommend this place to anyone who yearn for nature and tranquility and do not want to give up comfortable living.

North Sea apartment with balcony + view of the dike

My son and I were with our dog for the first time at the North Sea. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance the Trischendamm is easy to reach, also sometimes briefly to fly kites or collect shells, long walks through sheep meadows on the dike… quiet and relaxed, the mini golf course right next door, in the evening we played cards by the fireplace, very cozy. Our dog also felt comfortable immediately. In the apartment everything was available, very clean. Bianca always answered messages promptly if any questions arose. We will definitely be back and can clearly recommend the apartment.

A beautiful, very quiet apartment on the first floor of a detached house. Self-check-in was hassle-free. The apartment is a little smaller than it looks in the photos, but it has everything you need. The kitchen looks as good as unused.
