Incredible! The WoW factor when we walked to the pool was overwhelming. So much so, that we chose to stay there our first full day to soak in the atmosphere. It's a must see experience, no down side. It was like being at a private resort with a heated, well maintained pool and manicured grounds, very tastefully staged. So envious. Next time, we will bring bicycles to ride to town, it's only a few miles away. DC traffic is not to be trifled with; its Nascar. Our only bad part was Gladys wasn't around to say goodbye, we truly missed out there. We loved every second we spent with her. This is by far the high bar of airbnb's for us, and we've been to some stunning places, but this is our favorite. It was the best part of our trip!

We had a great stay here for my graduation weekend! The place fit all 10 of us and we had access to the pool throughout the weekend! Everything looked just like the pictures, and we felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood. It is a bit farther from some of the DC and MD hotspots, but it worked for us. No complaints, we would stay again!

The house was beautiful and clean. The lication was great! Too bad it rain during out stay so we couldn’t enjoy the pool and the backyard. Thank you!

This home was the perfect way to spend a long weekend with our family and our dog! We enjoyed every amenity (the pool, the beach, the paddleboards, the sauna, the cold plunge, the grill, and even the steam shower!) and had a great time venturing into the nearby town. The home is well taken care of and you can tell that a lot of thought went into its set up. We'll definitely be back!

This place is an absolute gem. We’ve stayed in everything from sleek modern homes to charming older properties, and this one truly stands out. Although built in the early ’90s, it has a unique colonial charm that feels timeless. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and comfortable, with plenty of drawer and closet space for everyone. While it’s listed as a four-bedroom, there’s an additional upstairs room perfect for an air mattress, making it easy to accommodate up to 10 guests. What really drew us here was the peaceful setting—and it didn’t disappoint. The pool sits in front of the house, while the back opens to serene water views. Both areas offer spacious, covered and open seating to relax, rain or shine. In fact, we spent our first rainy evening on the covered back porch, just soaking in the view. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was exactly as described (if not better!). It’s rare to find someone so welcoming and professional on such short notice. This place was great for our family and a quick hop on an Uber to all the DC attractions. The place was very clean and I loved the white noise machine in the bedroom. The host communicates very quickly and we’re great hosts. I would definitely stay here again. The house was stocked with everything we needed including the waters in the refrigerator. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had an awesome time staying at this carriage house! It has everything you need and is conveniently located one block from King St. We will definitely stay here again!

Great home away from home. Family trip with 3 generations and everyone loved the house. House design perfect for family to spread out but also join together in large family/ kitchen area. Very close to MGM and shopping area- just a short drive. We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful place with a lovely spot on the south river. Loved the views and how the space allowed the views to really shine. Comfortable, clean, would stay again if I come back to the area. Very peaceful and what I was hoping for. (And not far to town/other things either!)

Everything was set to like hotel. Clean beds, bathrooms had extra soaps, toilet paper, blow dryer, and shampoo and conditioner. I loved the house it’s set up. The only problem I would say it’s a 4 level home and you only get the top half and some eles lives underneath you. When I thought I paid for the whole house. The sliding door is so hard to open. And pest control. Everything else was great, he’s a phone call away for any questions.

Perfect for what we needed, we were in town for a large event, wanted to be able to easily get an Uber into the city center for the event but far enough away that it wasn't super busy or overrun with people. Host was incredibly kind and responsive, and knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely stay here again!!

Acogedor y Muy Amplia para la Familia

This place was clean, close to DC and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. We were a group of 5, so the fifth person had to sleep in the couch (not an issue for us), but keep that in mind if your group is the same size. The only thing we had problems with was the kitchen. There is a portable stove and mini oven to cook and no vent, so the fire alarm went off a couple times trying to cook pork chops haha. If you’re not planning to cook much, you’re good. Overall, I recommend this place. The price and location make it 100% worth it.

I really enjoyed my stay! He’s super friendly and responded quick anytime I needed help finding something in the home. The house is so beautifully decorated very high tech as well which made me love it even more. You can dim the lights, there’s a control to put the curtains down, controls to move the tvs down as well, overall very modern, cute and was everything he described. 5 stars! I had absolutely no issues with this say whatsoever and I’ll definitely be booking again. I totally recommend for anyone who’s unsure, just book it it’s so worth it.
