Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Friendship

We loved this place. Dominic was an incredible host. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen fabulous. The apartment was walking distance to the town and restaurants. We highly recommend this place. We were there during a got spell and the rooms were a little warm. However, we were provided a fan for each room. Thank you.

We came here off season and it was beautiful. The place was clean, spacious, and warm- even on a brisk Maine evening. Downtown Damariscotta is lovely at this time of year- they were getting the town ready for Christmas. Great restaurants as well. Would definitely return.

In short, a unique experience where we met a few extremely friendly people. The property has amazing views of the harbor without noisy working boats. We would out this at the top of our rental experiences.

The place was amazing, such a great find! The hosts laid out check-in and check-out instructions very clearly and offered an abundance of amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. They offered toiletries, tide pods, cooking spices, coffee, books- the list could really go on and on. It really felt like a home away from home! Thank you to our wonderful hosts, we hope to visit again!!

I cannot say enough about Emily's place. My wife and I needed a place to stay for one night to attend a function in Bath. The place was more than charming with every little detail well thought out. Next time we will need to stay longer and do more in the area. We highly recommend Emily's place, walking distance to the downtown area, clean, comfortable, spacious and as I said earlier charming as all get up!

This place was amazing! The kitchen was the best kitchen I have ever had in an Airbnb. The Loft is very different, in a good way, from the usual home. It is a beautiful Loft built inside a steel pre-fab building. You have everything you need at your fingertips.

The house on the tidal river was perfect! My wife loved the extra suite as a get away for reading and watching the wildlife on the river. Easy to get to town by taking the walkway bridge too! Kathy was a great host!

George's home is my favorite property to stay at when I travel to Midcoast Maine. It is so beautiful, clean, roomy and centrally located to all points of interest. The property itself beautifully landscaped as well. There is a private outdoor sitting area to listen to the birds and soak in the sun. I wouldn't hesitate to book a stay here!

Everything was as described and more! With a wonderful location close to town, good privacy, and so much space inside with many commodities we wouldn’t even think of. Even our dog had a fun filled week with us. We hope to visit again, it’s just the perfect home away from home. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We unexpectedly had beautiful cloudless days most of the week. Great location & easy to get to the Harbor and Southport both of which we enjoyed! Recommend the Carriage House for a really top quality meal as well as Blue Moon Cafe (good lobster roll) which was one of Shirin’s recommendations. Would totally stay here again!!

Gregory and Sara’s place is comfortable, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Set back from the road and surrounded by trees, the round house is perfectly located and from the inside, enjoys views of trees and birds out of huge windows. We felt very welcome and enjoyed the wine, delicious coffee and popcorn that awaited us! If you are looking for a secluded place in nature and a short drive to picturesque mid-coast harbors, this is the place for you.

Stayed here for 1 night to cap off a Maine coastal trip and it was a perfect place to unwind and relax. Good walkable food options and very comfortable bed.

We enjoyed staying at the Barn. Easy access very private and quiet. Very good connectivity.

Eric’s place is super cool design-wise. He’s got a terrific design eye! The view is gorgeous. Eric was very friendly and even offered to let us check out late or stay an extra day. While we didn’t have the flexibility to stay, we appreciated the offer. We were the season's first guests, and while the space was mostly clean, I felt the need to vacuum and wipe down countertops when we arrived. It helps that there’s not a lot of “stuff” cluttering up the space, just gorgeous vintage furniture, lamps, and ceramics. I would recommend this space to friends and family, and my family would stay here again. Thanks, Eric, for a lovely stay!

Amazing view and location! We loved how convenient this location was to shopping and restaurants. Having never been to Portland, this was a very pleasant surprise for us. Parking in the lot directly next to the building was easy and close. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats was so relaxing. Very comfortable condo and we would definitely stay again.

This place is gorgeous and right on the ocean!!

Perfect location right in the middle of all the popular restaurants and shops. Very clean and more spacious than we expected. Complex was quite inside. We didn’t hear noise from the other condos. We were there on a Saturday night so we could hear some of the nearby bars and music but that was to be expected given the location.

En un momento tuvimos un problema con la alarma de incendios y Allyson no sólo contestó en minutos, sino que también nos dijo cómo solucionar el problema y nos dejó baterías extra para que no se repitiera. The condo was so convenient, it had minimal furniture, so it was open, gave a lot of space to my kid to run around and play without the risk of getting hurt. the place had everything you could need plus the added benefit of Netflix and HBO accounts provided by the host. Kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans needed . They have a lovely patio , we couldn't use it because it was too cold but it'll be awesome to use in summer. Derek was super friendly. He responds within minutes and always has something to help and offer. The place also came with a pack and play which was really nice

We had a great stay at Tysons place. Its a perfect location, only like 5-10 minutes drive from Old Port. The home is clean and beautiful. Street parking was super easy. Always space right on the side of the home. Each room has its own A/C. Would definitely recommend staying at Tysons place!

great place very close to everything downtown portland!! loved. being able to walk to dinner every night. host is great and super helpful too!
