Located near Cooper's Rock state park, boating or skiing at Deep Creek Lake, kayaking on the Sandy River and Ohio Plyle for rafting, biking and hiking. Short drive to Screech Owl Brewery and for terrific craft beer and great food. 30 minutes from the WVU football stadium excluding football traffic delays). Approximately 25 minutes from Cheat Lake. NO pets or smoking allowed. No air conditioning but fans in all bedrooms.

The Loft has one bedroom upstairs along with a great workspace with excellent WIFI, full size bathroom and closet and a small kitchenette including microwave, fridge, air fryer and Keurig. Room darkening curtains, AC, TV w/Roku, full bath/shower unit, pullout sofa and queen size bed all in a very large and open floor plan! The first floor is set up as a gym/workout room.
