Unser reetgedeckter, 200 Jahre alter Resthof liegt idyllisch zwischen dem ca. 500 m entfernten Nordseedeich und dem kleinen Ort Seefeld unmittelbar vor der Halbinsel Butjadingen. Wir sind stolz auf eine besonders familiäre Atmosphäre, die wir hier Jahr für Jahr mit unseren Gästen genießen. Im Dorf wartet eine alte Galerie - Holländermühle mit monatlichem Landfrauenmarkt auf Euch. Ein abwechslungsreiches Freizeitangebot für Jedermann bieten Butjadingen, Oldenburg, Bremerhaven und Wilhelmshaven.

Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

Genießen Sie den herrlichen Blick auf den Deich und die frische Meeresluft. In der Nähe finden Sie eine Bäckerei und zahlreiche Restaurants mit regionalen Spezialitäten. Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Innenstadt, Bahnhof fußläufig 10 Minuten, Restaurants und Nachtleben Oldenburgs sind also ganz nah dran :-). Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des morgendlichen Vogelgeszwitschers und viel grün druherum, obwohl du mitten in der Stadt bist. Die Dachterasse wirst du auch zu schätzen wissen. In unsrerer Straße wohnen nur liebe Leute. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).
