In the enchanting setting of the Collepino Castle, in the heart of the Mount Subasio Park and a stone's throw from the splendid village of Spello, we are opening an historic house that once belonged to the Abbot of Collepino. It is ideal for couples, families, small groups of friends and sports enthusiasts who want the comfort, privacy and space of a real home and desire to live in the heart of nature, just a step away from the gems of the area: Assisi, Trevi, Foligno, Bevagna, Spoleto, Perugia.

The accommodation is independent and consists of a single bedroom with the addition of a second bed (THE DOUBLE VERSION IS NOT PROVIDED) from a bathroom with services and shower. THERE IS NO KITCHENETTE. It is part of a villa completely surrounded by greenery. Just 2 km from the historic center of Gubbio, with private parking. The accommodation is new, equipped with heating, linens and towels, a coffee maker, kettle for tea and herbal teas and hairdryer. Tourist tax is payable on site.

Let yourself be soothed by our amazing views and the sunsets that the lake offers us every evening The Holiday Home La Perla del Lago overlooks Lake Trasimeno. 8 minutes away is the highway from which you can easily reach Florence, Perugia,Gubbio, Spoleto, Norcia and many others In the village, there are bars, food restaurants, a pharmacy, an ATM, a small playground, and a beautiful swimming pool for the hottest days, 2 km away.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

During the summer, the exclusive swimming pool, infinity, also towards this beautiful landscape becomes the protagonist.
