Only about 200 meters from lake Skundern, we find this cozy red cottage of approximately 40 sqm. It has a large sun terrace where you can enjoy life and then head down to the lake where a rowing boat can be used. The house is situated on a large plot with a private entrance and views over fields and meadows. The distance to Stockholm is around 110km and Nyköping about 50km (Skavsta Airport). So you are close to everything and have the opportunity for everything from recreation to explorations!

Only one hour’s drive by car from Stockholm (35 min from Stockholm Skavsta Airport) you find this calm and relaxing place where peace of nature is easy to find. Perched on a small hillside where the wind rarely blows this house offers a serene getaway. Go for a swim at the lake just a few hundred meters away or just relax on the spacious deck. The place is equally beautiful in winter when you can curl up with a book by the fire or connect with nature from the veranda.

Du/ni kommer att älska mitt ställe pga av naturen, solen från morgon till kväll, lugnet, havet, de gigantiska fönsterna. Njut av lugnet, djurlivet. Huset är byggt för att få er att känna att ni är mitt i naturen fast inomhus. Ta gärna skogsvandringar i närområdet. Till huset tar ni er med fördel med motorbåten med en 4 hp roddbåt, som ingår, då det är ca 500m skogspromenad genom skogen från parkeringen. På vintern går ni genom skogen om båten inte ligger i vattnet.

Koppla av i en nybyggd villa i naturnära område med bubbelpool och fullt utrustat kök. Villan blev helt nybyggd och klar i Januari 2023. Välkommen till vår mysiga stuga! Stugan ligger i ett fritidsstugeområde ca 1,5 mil utanför Fagersta, med närhet till sjö och bad. Det är mysigt och fridfullt och här kan du kan njuta av lugnet. En jättefin badplats med brygga och omklädningsrum ligger endast 200 m bort. Från stugan kan du även gå direkt ut på Bruksleden som tar dig längs stigar och vägar i den vackra naturen. Man behöver bil för att kunna ta sig hit. Välkomna🥰

Exclusive cottage with high standard. Situated on a cozy farm with forest around the corner. Generously sized porch with roof that surrounds the cottage. Outdoor furniture´s and grill are available. The house and the garden are not suitable for small children. The cottage have Tv with chromecast, sound system and sauna. The host couple lives in another house on the farm. The nearest town (Köping) is about 5 km away.

Hälla Shopping, ICA-Maxi, Bolaget, restauranger, Leos Lekland, Yoump-trampolinpark, Pizza Hut, Mc Donalds, Max Hamburgare mm. Några minuter från Hälla ligger Västerås centrum. Finns ingen buss förbindelse från lägenheten till stan.
