Property was amazing! It’s spacious and all of the areas are set up so nicely with a wonderful outdoor space in the middle. This was perfect for our large family and the pool was loved by adults and kids alike. It’s clear that a lot of thought was put into this property and we would absolutely stay here again! The amount of outdoor seating is fantastic. Perfect for grilling out by the pool and socializing while the kids are playing in the pool.

My wife and I stay by Vicky and Marvin for two nights and felt right at home. Peaceful environment, room cosy and nice. We had a vehicle and were in close proximity of the essential areas. Would recommend to anyone. Instructions were clear and Vicky was very helpful. The only regret we had was we didn’t have more time to stay longer.

Yes this house looked just like pictures! Everything was organized and clean. Simple house rules and doesn’t ask you to do so much when checking out. Great location and great neighborhood. Only thing I had an issue with is the description of the bed sizes. I messaged host and asked about sizes of beds in each room and he promptly responded back saying it was 2 king beds and 1 queen and 1 full. Only issue was the beds sizes sure didn’t seem accurate. The couple that went with us has a toddler that sleeps with them. The couple slept in separate rooms to have space for toddler. Other than that everything was great and as described. I would stay again! Host seems like a great guy!

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

Posh Pool and Pond Landing

Large home with room to spread out and be comfortable, very well equipped for cooking at home and saving money. Located in a great neighborhood, near shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the screened in room and especially the pool, talk about a money saver it kept the kids busy for hours and was a big hit! Just bear in mind it went to 6 feet pretty quickly so make sure your kids can swim or have life jackets. We loved this house and can't wait to rent it again!

I have been using Airbnb for quite some time and I have to say Oleg’s home provided the most satisfying experience we have ever had. The space was immaculate, had all the amenities I would need, and maybe most importantly was comfortable. I have found many homes are not fully equipped but Oleg thought of everything-right down to the cheese grater. While I stocked up on food for the week, for the first time I did not have to buy some kitchen utensil needed for a dish I wanted to prepare. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was fabulous! If you are looking for a lovely place to day in Jacksonville, Oleg’s home is the one to choose!
