I was a bit nervous coming to this Airbnb because there were no reviews, but if you have the same concern, do not be worried! I have stayed in many Airbnbs, and it was easily one of the most beautiful homes I've had the pleasure of staying in. It was a 10 min walk to downtown Puerto Varas and close to grocery stores. The house was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the Wifi was super fast. I work remotely and had several video calls with no issues. Josefina always responded in minutes and was extremely communicative. We couldn't recommend it more and were sad to be leaving!

A very comfortable, nice house, excellent temperature even without using the stove. The rooms are very comfortable and everything in general is very nice. The pool and the surroundings of the house are very cozy. I recommend it for going with the family and her too. Fabiana was a great host!!

The house is huge, everything was impeccable, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The place is very quiet and communication with Carolina was excellent.

It was an amazing place to stay at. Right by the lake, where you can see the volcano when you go down. Theres heating in the place which is great for winter. Marian was very responsive when we had any questions and during check in. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. We really liked the cozy atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is great, we were able to see the main points of the city on foot. We were very pleased with our stay, we felt at home.

The house is spectacular and the view is amazing, it's worth staying there! It is exactly as described, it has many utensils, an excellent heater and is located in a strategic location to get to know the region well. The hosts were wonderful, very attentive and helpful. I definitely recommend it!

Very good location, close to shops, restaurants and on the coast, with parking inside the house and a perfect garden for my puppy. There were no surprises, what we saw in the photos and in the description was what we found, it had everything just and necessary. Thank you for everything!

Our stay at Gabriel's house in Puerto Varas was excellent. The house is very spacious, comfortable and perfect for resting. The best part, without a doubt, is the spectacular views of the Osorno volcano and Lake Llanquihue, which make the experience unforgettable. Gabriel was an attentive host and always willing to help. 100% recommended.

The house is very comfortable, with spacious spaces, lots of bathrooms and beds with a central kitchen dining area that is the protagonist of the house. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are ultra clean. It has a pellet stove that in my opinion is a little insufficient to heat all the spaces, although it has electric stoves that can be used in the pieces, maybe in the coldest months it could be little. Anyway it is very comfortable, I recommend it 100% for large groups or families.

Macarena is an excellent host, always available and the place is spectacular. The animals in the garden were sensational for the kids. I hope to return.

The park is beautiful, its garden too, they still have trees 🌲in the area (unfortunately very few) we'll be back in the summer to enjoy the pool. everything excellent!

Josefina was very concerned about our arrival and during our stay, we appreciate as a family that she waited up for us despite the delay of the ferry from Chaitén. Her cabin is in a beautiful setting, and is very cozy, especially for spending the night after traveling during the day I recommend it 100%.

Spectacular, the charm of the south at its finest. A blend of the old and the new. We had a weekend with power outages due to bad weather, but they quickly went and solved the situation with a generator. A gesture that is appreciated, as it allowed us to enjoy despite this strong winter. Comfortable beds, good heating, clean bathrooms, good distribution of spaces. Full kitchen. Resolute and very polite hosts.
