Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Fryingpan River

Easy to get to, beautiful private home, loved our long weekend! Deck and hot tub was our favorite part of our trip. After hiking and exploring the surrounding area it was great to come back to relaxing on the deck. Our dog loved watching the chipmunks from the deck too! Absolutely did not disappoint! Kitchen had everything you could possibly need for your trip. Comfy king size bed and large bathroom. We will be back next year if my husbands dirt bike race is back up this way. Definite one of my top Airbnb's!

Fredy was incredibly accommodating and the space was comfortable. We picked this spot as it was close to family despite it being bigger than we needed. This would be a great find if you had a bigger group.

Our stay was fantastic, and we absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Check-in was seamless, and the private garage was a great perk. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The hot tub was clean and perfectly heated—ideal for unwinding. The primary bedroom was amazing, with a king-size bed and incredibly soft linens that made getting out of bed a real challenge (in the best way!). Though this trip was just my wife and me, the house is spacious and would be perfect for a family or group of friends. The game room looked like a lot of fun, though we didn’t get the chance to use it. Most importantly, the listing is entirely accurate—the views of Glenwood Springs are unbeatable. You can spot the house from almost anywhere in the area! A truly memorable stay.

The view from this place is even better than the pictures and the house is well decorated and comfortable. There is road noise from the highway below but who cares when your view is this beautiful.

Being from a busy city, Jennifer's house is exactly what we needed. The house was clean and functional. The grounds were beautiful with deer walking by every day and complete peaceful surroundings. The city of Basalt was about 10 mins away with some local shops and restaurants. We also visited Aspen Village, Snowmass Village, and Glenwood Springs all which were about 30 mins away. This was a great trip for us and our dog.

Stunning! Everything about this house and the property it sits on is remarkable. We had such an incredible weekend get away with our loved ones and hope to come back soon!

Scott’s place was perfect for our little family of 5. There was more than enough room for all of us. The linens were well stocked, kitchen had all the essentials and clean as well. The bathroom was clean and the washer and dryer was a plus. We had a couple of questions and Scott responded quickly and even called! The views were great and it’s very peaceful at his ranch with no neighbors in sight. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to stay!

We have stayed at many locations and this was by far our favorite. We are always apprehensive about staying in a location that is in someone’s home but this location is very private, super clean and beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be back!

I had a nice stay here. No complaints. Easy check-in, good communication and instructions, and the host provided me with everything I needed for my stay. Nice area too. I would definitely recommend!

The location was just feet away from the bus stop which made this such an ideal place to stay! It was a quick 8-15 minute bus ride to the lifts and was also conveniently located near the Safeway grocery store. We were able to take the epic mountain shuttle from the airport right to the front door didn’t we didn’t need a car. Their home was very cute, nice and clean, and had all the amenities and things you could possibly need.

Loved our stay at the Pitkin place. Bruce was a gracious host. The location was awesome in that we could walk and or drive to all of activities and restaurants..

Molly's apartment was exactly as advertised. She and her husband were attentive and responsive, and absolutely lovely. The home is petite and perfect; amazing views of Mt Sopris and right on the river. Molly and Aaron pumped the tyres of their bikes and we were able to ride around the neighbourhood. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and we felt so at home. Thank you Molly! Happy to recommend you 100%.

This was our third consecutive year staying at Susan’s home, and it was as great as ever. The newly updated bathrooms, pool, hot tub and sauna were wonderful additions to an already outstandingly comfortable and conveniently located condo, and Susan remains an ever-amazingly kind, helpful and gracious host. We also had the opportunity to hang and rip some runs on the mountain with her this time around, and so greatly appreciated her pro tips and shredding ability! Thanks so much to Susan for making our stay at Snowmass so awesome, and for truly being the best host. We can’t wait to return.

WOW! What more can I say! Kitchen was the BEST appointed kitchen with all the tools needed which is rare for an Airbnb. Other amenities that were appreciated were books, space heater, warm blankets, and humidifier. Entire walkout basement apartment was comfortable and contained all needed items and more. Penny met us and showed us around the apartment. She was very informative. House was on a quiet cul de sac and Leadville is beautiful. If I went to Leadville, this would be where I would stay again. Thank you Penny!
