Kitchen: kettle, electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine. Living Space - smart TV for streaming netflix, disney, prime etc. There is no daily housekeeping. If you need extra towels, we can supply them for an additional fee. A small courtesy amenities kit is included at check in, but as this is a self serviced apartment, you’ll need to restock anything you require during your stay. A high-chair and travel cot (linen for bedding not included) are available upon request in the room for an extra fee. The cost for the duration of the stay is €25 for the pack and play crib and €15 for the high chair. Property sleeps max 3 people. Do not accept parties/gatherings/ Bachelorette and Bachelor parties. This property is strictly non smoking. You will have private access to the entire apartment, the entrance, and internal stairs and lift of the building is shared with residents of the building. You shall not use the room for any commercial purpose, such as social gatherings and parties. When you do have the air conditioning or heating on make sure to close the windows. You are welcome to smoke outside, do not throw any ash or buts on the floor or over the balcony.

The apartment has two full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The showers are walk-in and the water falls from the ceiling like rain. The sinks are made of natural stone. There is a bean bag area that is ideal for relaxing while watching the Smart TV with Netflix. You'll be able to watch all the TV channels in your country. You can also take the TV off the wall and turn it around to watch it from the couch. The white natural linen sofa converts into a large bed measuring 160x200. The Wi-Fi is high-speed. The air conditioning is provided by Airzone, allowing you to control the ideal temperature in each area of the apartment. The designer kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and you can cook any dish in it. It has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, washer/dryer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, juicer, etc. Ideal for families, couples, and travelers looking to enjoy the beach, cuisine, and Mediterranean lifestyle. The apartment is on topfloor with a lift. The private roof terrace is perfect, about 25 square meters with sun all day and evening. The apartment is located just by the beach and all restaurants. Out of respect for my lovely neighbours this is not an apartment for parties, it´s for peace and tranquility.
