What a find! From the first contact Carina replied promptly in a very friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble. I really appreciated Carina's flexibility regarding arrival and check out times. Carina's very helpful local agent, Wim was there to meet us at our very late arrival. The villa is spectacular, the photos really don't do the place justice. There was wine, water and soft drinks, in the fridge, to welcome us. The waterfront location is faultless with some very good local restaurants within walking distance. Marbella is an easy drive away. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a beautiful location in or around Marbella. Everything was perfect from the comfy beds to the various places to sit and relax in the lovely garden. I am planning to return already!

La Roca is a quiet development a short walk away from the main drag of Torremolinos. The apartment itself is tucked away in a development which overlooks the sea and has a lovely terrace where it is possible to sunbathe and admire the view. It caught the sun from early morning until 4pm. Perfect for chilling out at home during the day.

Great villa in a wonderful area close to beaches, restaurants and many other great facilities. Fantastic garden and pool areas and the villa was cozy and comfortable. We felt very at home and are returning again next year.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely villa in Spain. The place had absolutely everything we needed and more – it’s beautifully maintained and really comfortable. Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice – it’s even better in person! The location was spot on, with loads of great restaurants nearby and Ubers super easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go. Communication with the host was excellent too – they stayed in touch via text message and even sent us some great local restaurant recommendations, which we really appreciated. One thing to be aware of (and not a criticism, just something to note!) – the pool isn’t heated. It’s not advertised as heated, so that’s on us for not checking. I imagine in the peak summer months it would be perfect, but as we were there in April with small children, it was a bit too chilly for swimming. All in all, a wonderful place to stay and one we’d definitely recommend!

Great house in, with nice patio, close to the beach. We used barbecue a lot! Jacques is a fantastic host, super helpful and friendly. We traveled with a toddler, and all necessary amenities for the baby were available at the apartament. Thank you!

Fantastisk bolig som helt klart er et besøg værd. Den bedste udsigt i området og dejligt stille og privat område. Huset er helt i top med alt hvad man skal bruge. Nye solsenge og en lækker pool til børn og voksne. Besøg den lokale landsby for fantastiske restauranter og en smuk oplevelse af det lokale byliv. Kommer helt sikkert tilbage!

We've had a great stay. Even my wife felt immediately at home, and that is a rare thing for her. Contact was everything you could hope for. All in all, warmly recommend.

Our family had a lovely stay at this place! Everything was either within walking distance or a short taxi/bus ride away. Our kids, age 7 and 10 really enjoyed the pool area. We highly recommend this place, as it is stationed in a calm place, but within close proximity to more lively places and bigger towns.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Benalmadena en famille. La maison est très agréable. Les jardins sont très bien entretenus. Nous avons ou en profiter au calme avec la vue sur la mer et les montagnes. La maison est à quelques minutes à pied de Benalmadena Publo, avec commerces, restaurants, ... un très beau village blanc d'Andalousie. Merci à Hans pour l'accueil et la disponibilité pendant tout le séjour.

What can I say, this place is amazing! Comfortable beds and a great shower. This place has one of the best balconies we have ever seen, huge with table, chairs and sun loungers but best of all was the view, it was stunning!!! One of the best sea views we’ve ever had. The apartment is in a great location, so close to the beach but also 5 mins and you’re in torremolinos centre. We loved it.

Wir wurden ganz herzlich in Empfang genommen, uns wurde in Ruhe das Haus gezeigt und wir haben auch Tips für die Umgebung zum einkaufen, Ausflüge machen & was man noch so wissen sollte bekommen. Es wurde sich viel Zeit für uns genommen. Und wenn wir fragen hatten, wurde uns super schnell geantwortet. Die begrünte Terrasse mit dem Sonnensegel war unser Lieblingsplatz. Das schöne Haus liegt ganz ruhig & hat einen zauberhaften Ausblick. Der Weg zum Strand wirkt auf den ersten Blick weiter als gedacht, durch die Unterführung sind es aber nur 5-7 min, je Gehtempo & wo man am Strand hinmöchte. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Eine Grundausstattung an Ölen, Gewürzen, Toilettenpapier, Hygieneartikel, Reinigungsmitteln etc. war auch da. In den Zimmern ist etwas wenig Platz im Schrank, aber das passte. Auch ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand, ist vorhanden. Und man hatte einen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus! Wir 4 Frauen (37-41) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wiederkommen.
