It is a house in the forest surrounded by the nature of Mt. Fuji. At an altitude of 1,150 meters, no air conditioner is needed in summer!! It has everything you need for a barbecue and daily life. The indoor heating facilities are a firewood stove, a kerosene heater, and a kerosene fan heater. Firewood for the barrel sauna, tent sauna, and BBQ is free up to about 20 kg! Here is where you will be able to get relaxed the entire time. You need to walk up stairs but I am sure it is worth it...you will see the great ocean view up there! This is the Kominka style BNB in Yamanakako. “Hirano no Hama” A 8 min walk to the breathtaking view of Mt Fuji overlooking the lake. Only a 5 min walk from the Hirano highway bus terminal to connect “Busta Shinjuku” / Tokyo Sta. Tourists in the most walkable neighborhoods of Hirano ward will find a car isn't necessary to get around.
