Bibi Private Lodging

I met the best accommodation in Fukui! 🏡✨ Everything was perfect as soon as I arrived. The house was clean, cozy, and meticulously arranged. Thanks to the warm atmosphere, I was able to stay really comfortably. I enjoyed local restaurants in the 💖 quiet Miku area, and I was able to heal in the quiet neighborhood atmosphere. 🍜🌿 What was most impressive was the kindness of the host. You even gave us a free hot spring ticket♨️, and when we arrived, you came to the station to greet us🚗, and the next day, you knew that we had booked a bus to Nagoya, so you took us to Fukui Station. It 🚌 really warmed my heart. Thanks to this kind hospitality and thoughtful consideration, my trip to Fukui was a truly special memory. I'm so grateful, and if I visit again, I definitely want to stay again. 🫶🌸 I truly recommend it!

Japanese traditional house surrounded by nature

Staying at Hiro and Ayako's was one of the most memorable parts of our trip to Japan. It was a rare chance to experience a side of Japan that most people don't get to see. Hiro and Ayako were extremely warm and welcoming, and were always happy to take time out of there lives to cook us dinner, show us around the village and answer our questions about life in a Japanese village. We wish we could've stayed longer and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Male and Female Mixed Dorm/Bed/Bunkbed/Mix dormitory/Hostel291 ②

JamesRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Nozomi was very helpful at getting me settled in. Since I was a solo traveller, I was in a small private room rather than the large pictured shared dormitory, but it was very comfortable and well sized. The only issue I had was with other guests moving past my room and using the kitchen/bathroom, but they were respectful and did not make excessive noise. Nozomi gave me some nice recommendations for local places to eat, and was very attentive and informative about the property and amenities I had available. The place is located in the quite area of Takefu, very close to the train station that could take you to the center of Fukui in about 20 minutes, a bus station that could take you to numerous other areas in the prefecture, and a large mall for all of your shopping needs. If I am ever in Fukui again, I would be happy to spend another few nights here!

Modern house in Fukui city (a share house style)

Koju was truly the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond in every way. He picked us up from the train station without us even asking, and generously drove us to different locations throughout our stay. What sets Koju apart is how proactive and thoughtful he is—always available, incredibly friendly, and full of energy. Whether it was food recommendations, local activities, or transportation, he was always ready to help with a smile. His suggestions were spot-on and made our trip unforgettable. If you’re looking for a host who genuinely cares and will make your stay seamless and memorable, Koju is the one. Can’t recommend him enough—thank you, Koju!

A dream home away from home~ YAWNYAWN is the perfect stay for fellow wanderers drawn to design and music, but anyone would feel right at home with its warmth and cosiness. Yuka was the most welcoming host (thank you for the いちご), and the place was spotless 💖 A small heads-up for fellow over-packers: you would need to carry your luggage up a small flight of stairs. Regardless, I had such a restful stay, and would have stayed longer if I could!
