There is nothing in it that you can buy ready-made in a hardware store. We offer a classic bathroom with an old brick floor and a cast iron bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bedroom. It is a perfect place to relax for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and finally hear their thoughts. The lack of internet and very poor GSM coverage will help.

There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. Built in 1927 from Prussian brick, it still retains its original character and rustic simplicity. Restored and traditionally completed, it's the perfect getaway for people looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is separated into two separate farms and is offered approximately 120 square meters.
