Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

Laura’s house is beautiful, it’s very private and the pool is fantastic. The house is cosy and spotless clean. The area is also quite nice, and there’s also a pub walking distance.

Absolutely lovely place to spend a night - from feeding the fish to a quick round of pool, and of course the brilliant facilities on the patio, which couldn't be simpler to use thanks to the helpful instructions. Everything is set up to provide optimum convenience and a warm welcome (like the plentiful fire/BBQ supplies and the eggs and marmalade from Jane's hens, which were both fantastic, so kind!) Jane herself is a wonderful host, and my partner and I highly recommend this listing. Thank you!

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. Joanna's home is in a great location and she was a wonderful host. The property was exactly as shown in the photos and is relatively large by London standards - this is one of the benefits of being a bit further out the city center. Proximity to Richmond Park is a huge plus, particularly if you have a runner or cyclist in your family. Do note the travel time into central London is approximately 45-60 minutes, unless you happen to exactly time walking/bus/train schedules. On the plus side, you're a very short hop to Kew and other areas west of downtown, and a short Uber or Bolt ride to Heathrow. A couple of other HUGE positives - of the four rentals I've had in London, this was by far the quietest and most relaxed location. Restaurants/markets/etc. are all close by and accessible by bus if you're carrying groceries.

We had great stay at Sally's and Doni's house in Kensington. The house is spacious and has plenty of room for our group of 9. It was very clean and three full bathrooms worked out great for our group. The living room was large enough for all of us to gather. The beds were very comfortable and the sofa bed was too. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to a small grocery store and a local restaurant for breakfast. The tube was a short walk and to get to central London took only 30 mins. Sally and Doni are great hosts. Checking in and out was easy with very clear instructions. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. Having two bathrooms was especially convenient for our group. The only downside is that the soundproofing could be better, as it's located along a street and traffic noise can be heard. Also, the windows can't be opened for ventilation, but since it's on the ground floor, it's understandable. Overall, a great stay and would recommend!

What can I say about Mary’s house without sounding gushy?! We came to London for a family wedding and staying here made the event even better! It is a delight: extremely well-equipped; thoughtfully decorated and comfortable throughout. The house is easy walking distance to the underground and Hammersmith and in a really nice location. Mary’s recommendations for eating- particularly the Anglesea Arms (great service and best chips EVER) were excellent. Her welcome gift so kind… She kept in touch throughout our stay and was so helpful. Thank you Mary!

Great location close to Clapham Common. We did not use the wet room, but the bath was fine. The stairs to the top room are very narrow. Paul warned us about construction and left us a bottle of wine, which was nice. We were not too bothered by it. We contacted Paul about the microwave, which wasn't working, and he replaced it within 24 hours. Generally a good experience.

The most lovely home for our 10 day stay. Had all we needed and more. Spacious for 5 adults. Location was perfect for exploring London or staying in. Beautful English garden and outdoor spaces to relax. Host is the best! Kitchen even stocked with delicious staples to make us at home right away. We already miss it, will dream of our stay and would return any time! Thank you Ramona!!

We had an wonderful experience during our 4-night stay! The house was very clean, modern, and spacious. The kitchen and living room on the top floor were bright and airy thanks to the skylights. The location was ideal! The Bayswater underground station is directly across the street and the Queensway station is a very short walk, giving us many transportation options. There are plenty of grocery and dining options in the surrounding area, but the house also feels quite and private because it is tucked away just off of the main street. Angie was extremely responsive and helpful anytime we messaged her. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Notting Hill. We traveled as a family with our 3- and 1-year-old boys. The home was pristine—stylish, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, housekeeping was excellent, and the TV den served as the perfect play area for the kids. We also really appreciated the skylights, which filled the home with natural light and created a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location was private and quiet despite being close to two tube stations, three grocery stores, and a variety of shops and restaurants. We especially loved that we could easily walk to Hyde Park, which made the stay even more enjoyable for our kids. With easy access to everything, incredible cleanliness and service, and family-friendly touches (baby gates, pack n play), this was truly an ideal place for traveling with your family.

We LOVED our stay at Giampaolo's- He and Emma were super helpful and communicative. Its a lovely little home. I felt very safe, and it was very convenient to get to any place you need to go via the Tube. I would 1000% stay there again if I go back to London! Just a few things to note for future travelers: -If you love a firm bed then master bed is your best friend-- if not, the sofa downstairs makes a good alternative. :-) -If you are from the US don't think "hot tub" - it a lovely, large bathtub with hot water but not a "hot tub" as we in the US would think (didn't need to pack the swimsuit. :-). -The interior steps are tight and a bit steep if you have knee issues please be aware of that - Emma and Giampaolo are great, you will be in good hands with them!!

This home was great, just like the photos. Very nicely decorated and super clean! It’s in a beautiful area with close proximity to restaurants and trains. Alexis was super responsive to questions I had and was very accommodating. Sirens are a bit loud throughout the night which we weren’t expecting, but overall great stay!

we love this beautiful place. Location is perfect for explore central London and around. House is super clean and host is very professional. we will highly recommend this place to stay in Kensington area. we are certainly open to book it again for our future stay.

We used the cottage as a base for visiting Kew Gardens, a five minute walk. And going to Twickenham where there is a bus stop two minutes away with a direct bus regularly. Your spoilt for choice of great places to eat within walking distance. We absolutely love this place!

Great place to stay. 7 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of space and easily could have accommodated more. The location is perfectly situated, a couple blocks to the train station and multiple bus stops immediately around the place. Night life is a few blocks away. Highly recommend The Goat and Hawkins Forge. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Anna's cozy cottage. It was exactly as advertised. And the surrounding neighborhood of Brackenbury Village is a charming and walkable area with coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. It's also a short walk from the Hammersmith and Ravenscourt tube stations. Anna was a responsive and thoughtful host and we would definitely recommend her!

Easily a five star stay at Levin’s place in Dalston. Levin was responsive and kind and the place was exactly as photographed. A short walk to both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations with lots to explore in the neighbourhood. The unit was clean and well equipped with lots of natural sunlight. Had a lovely and comfortable stay and would recommend Levin’s place.

Its a whole property, with parking and walking distance to a tube stations, shops and pubs. Irene was great as we messaged back and forth with questions before and during our stay. The biscuits left for us was a lovely touch!
