Incredible location and space to enjoy ATL from. Would definitely consider coming back to this place in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

Terry was really helpful, my family enjoyed the place it was like we were at home, and the little Walmart was walkable Thank you Terry, if my family ever come back to Atlanta again we will definitely stay at your place again if available

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

I definitely felt right at home. Nytia was very friendly, and responsive. I will be booking again. The townhome was extremely spacious and the location was very convenient.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

We really enjoyed ourselves at Dels home. Everything was super clean, comfortable, beautiful layout, nicely designed, clean linens and most importantly clean bathrooms!! Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Can’t beat the location.

Audrey's place was beautiful and had everything we could have needed and more. Very best thing? The beds/mattresses were amazingly comfortable and it was talked about every morning! we stayed a week and enjoyed every day. The surrounding area has lots to do with grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend. Audrey was easy to work and responded quickly. We will rebook if in the area again.

This townhouse was exactly as described, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood with all you could need right around the corner. The convenience of everything nearby was great - grocery, gas and lots of restaurants. I brought my daughter and a friend for a concert at Truist Park. Getting there and back was easier than I could have imagined from here. It was also so easy to get to downtown Atlanta from here. The girls loved the comfort of the townhouse. We all slept well on the comfy mattresses. I would recommend this townhouse for anyone who enjoys a peaceful, comfortable place to relax after a long day of activities. I had a wonderful stay at Kat’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. What made it even better was how welcoming Kat was not just to me, but to my dog as well! It can be tough to travel with pets, but the host made us feel completely at home. There were thoughtful touches throughout the place, and it was clear she genuinely cared about our comfort. Absolutely beautiful home and worth every penny you spend on it!! The house was clean and everything was in great shape! Gated community with nice walking areas. All of us truly enjoyed the night stay there. If we are ever in Atlanta again we will be looking for this home again and again.

First off I’d like to say Thank You! Iris for letting us stay at your home. We enjoyed our stay. Iris was very helpful when we got there if we had a problem she assisted right away. Close to where I needed to be for my trip. And close to the highway. It really felt like home. And when I return I will only be staying there lol, if it’s available. Once again Thank You! Had a great stay. Minor kitchen plumbing issue but they responded and sent someone over right away. Would stay here again!

We made a last minute visit to Atlanta and I’m happy we were able to book this place. It’s very near the 96 Olympic cauldron and I thought that was cool. East short drive to Georgia Aquarium, zoo, and Coca Cola World. We traveled with our dogs and found the neighborhood to be dog friendly. The area is being revitalized but it was quiet and seemed very safe. Grocery store and pocket restaurants very near. Probably walking distance if you wanted. The king bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. House had everything we needed for 4 people and a couple dogs. The Garage was a plus. It is tight but we have a mid size suv and it easily fit. TVs is bedrooms was a plus when everyone needed some space. I would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

My family of 4 and dog stayed here for a week to get away from the hurricane in FL. Place was great. Quiet. Nice fenced in back yard. Quiet neighborhood we could take walks in. Internet was fast so both my wife and I could work remotely. 10 min drive to a ton a really good food options. Hosts were responsive and very accommodating to us. And only 30 min to downtown Atlanta. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, neighborhood location.
