Hello! My family and I stayed for 10 days at the home of hosts Carolina and Whellington. House with great structure according to advertisement. Sanitized and well-packaged bed and bath linens are available. The beach is so close, it's almost in the backyard. We are still grateful for all the kindness and availability of the hosts who welcomed us very well. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon.

I, my husband and our 2 kittens were very well received by Marlene. The house is great, with a very pleasant atmosphere. Close to the beaches. Quiet street, silence and safety. We felt at home. We will definitely be back!

Excellent. Well located, facing the beach. The host accompanied our arrival, which was at a time outside the agreed time due to a delay in our trip. It remained available throughout the period. I highly recommend it, excellent value for money!

The hostess is very solicited and of good treatment, answered everything quickly. Apto is excellent, less than 1 minute walk to the beach, great nearby restaurants, pharmacy and other essential shops. All very clean and organized, large rooms, bathroom the new showers, full kitchen, service area and beach chairs. It's definitely a place that would easily get back to hosting.

The apartment matches the photos. It is facing the beach and cozy. Renata as a host is wonderful (proactive, always respond fast and local tips in the region). It's worth it.

Sr Marcos has a great space! Comfortable Mto, close to everything. Attentive Mto providing support for questions and great indications of places!! Clean place with a great bed and cotton sheets 🙏🏼 The only detail that is not even a bad thing but in my view it bothered me a little, it was the protection screen that hinders the view and prevents from appreciating such a blz... Super I indicate the space.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos, the view from the balcony is sensational, the kitchen has the necessary items to make quick meals. the air conditioning is freezing. The only thing I didn't like was the bedding, especially the blankets, which didn't seem so clean. That's the only observation, but nothing that would disrupt the stay. The pharmacy and mini market in the building helped a lot, the organization of the beach and cleaning is also something to be praised. Lastly, I felt at home.

The apartment is beautiful, new, we feel at home. Wonderful view and great location. The host is always very attentive and helpful. We recommend the rental and for sure and hope to return soon.

It was an incredible experience to stay at Hélia's house... I recommend it with all my heart. Restaurants nearby, impeccable house, beaches a few meters away, gated community and much more... There are not enough compliments to give the house and Hélia...

Great experience! Very nice space, close to everything! The village is clean and with all the necessary utensils. The receptionist, a super nice and friendly person, treated us very well. About the check-in, it was super flexible because I had an unforeseen event and Wilson solved it, granting us the space earlier. Super quiet place, clean pool and perfect view from the penthouse! I'd come back more often.

Large apartment with great location. A decoration of very good taste. Access by elevators and with social and service entrance. Internally with very airy spaces, bedding and bathrooms of excellent quality. Amanda takes very good care of the guests. I booked Ana Paula's place for the weekend as I was visiting Vila Velha for a wedding. The apartment is beautiful and spotless, just like the photos. I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the beach. There were also restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby so very convenient. Communication and instructions prior to arrival were also great. I would highly recommend Ana Paula's place and would stay again if I return to Vila Velha.

We mainly love the location, would definitely return. The very pleasant apto. It looks like the view brings peace into the house . Sugeri changing the fan of the room with a broken foot. Some domestic utensils are needing to renovate, they are spent. Beds are normal size, and the air conditioners worked very well, one of the bathrooms was very small .

Excellent location. Very large, it accommodates a family very well. Clean and organized. Very safe.
