Waterfall Life: immersed in secluded nature

A converted stone watermill at the bottom of a small valley, between two waterfalls. Walking in, you half-expect to have stepped back a century. The sound doesn't stop—it follows you to sleep and is the first thing you hear in the morning. You leave the car on an old bridge above and walk down a short rustic path; below it, the property opens up. Two villages and a small market sit a hundred meters back, reminding you civilization is still out there—but down here you're in your own world.

H2Furnas Natur, located in the heart of Furnas, known for its fumaroles, hot springs, trails and natural landscapes. The house is cozy and comfortable, with air conditioning. It allows you to walk to Poça da Dona Beija and Terra Nostra Park. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, living room with snooker table, foosball and games. Close to the Caldeiras, Lagoa das Furnas and Tony's restaurant. In front is the famous Lêvedos da Rosa Quental Cake Factory.

Furnas Lake Cottage

Furnas lake cottage is one of the only few houses that sit looking out over the Furnas lake. It was build in the beginning of 1960's as my grand parents summer house. It’s a vintage cottage! Has several outside spaces to enjoy the amazing view to the lake and a private car parking area. For bookings and queries, please contact us! ATTENTION:: it’s a “vintage” 60’s São Miguel countryside cottage by the Furnas Lake, not an hotel or a modernized ,changed interior, new house.

The Japanese Cedar Villa, measuring almost 70m2, has a bedroom, a living room with a dining area, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony. The bedroom can have a king size bed or 2 single beds, just let us know what you prefer. It is equipped with air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi and a television. It is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate a 3rd or 4th person (children or baby) using an extra bed in the living room (without blackout).
