Newly renovated guest house of approx. 50 sqm, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private south-facing patio. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a staircase, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Crib is available to borrow. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach café. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves. Two beds where you lie on the first floor and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetops, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Gäststuga i vår lummiga trädgård med naturen in på knuten, vid Fyledalens naturreservat på gränsen till Österlen. 2 km till sommarlandet Tosselilla, 7 km till badsjö, 18 kilometer till Ystad och havet. Attefallshuset är litet men väl utrustat. Soffan omvandlas till dubbelsäng. Lämpligt för 2 men med extrasäng(ar) kan 3-4 bo här om man kan ha det lite trångt. Sänglinne, schampo, handdukar samt slutstädning kan fås mot avgift. Barnvänligt Välkomna! Britt, Thomas och Zorro (vår svarta katt).

This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Our cottage is spread over two floors and has two bedrooms and a guest house that accommodates a total of six people. You'll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. Välkommen till fina Rosenhill! Här hittar ni en charmig vinkelbyggd skånelänga som är belägen i det skånska landskapet med kuperade beteshagar och vacker utsikt. Huset är omgiven av en härlig gammaldags trädgårdstomt med vacker björkallé, syren- och hortensiabuskar samt äppelträd och mycket annat smått och gott. Invid byggnaderna finns ängsmark och österut finner ni en mindre egen damm med varierande vattenmängd beroende av årstiderna.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

Stay centrally on Österlen just outside the village of Skåne-Tranås on a small farm overlooking fields and pastures. The house is carefully renovated with a focus on charm and personality. The proximity to several wonderful beaches, golf clubs, nature reserves, food and coffee places and to Österlen's various attractions makes it easy to get around by car or bus.
