Quiet and peaceful area with walking distance to bus, mountains and beach. 10 min drive to the city center. The apartment has washing machine, hair dryer, shower, toilet, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, hob and kettle. Queen size bed in bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed (queen size turned out) and TV. We live on the 2nd floor ourselves, the apartment is soundproofed, but you can hear that there are people living above.
