Fresh paint, blinds and carpets throughout! Guests have dedicated parking [Now with EV Charging] a private patio for sunny breakfasts, lunches or sundowners. The location is at end of a farm track in quiet secluded hamlet - Burton Bandalls (on the B676, Loughborough Rd between Prestwold & Cotes). 5 min drive / 20 min walk to Prestwold Hall. 5 min drive to Loughborough Railway station. 10 min drive to Loughborough University. 10 min drive to Great Central Steam Railway. 25 mins to East Midlands airport, 30 mins to Leicester, 30 mins to Nottingham, 45 mins to NEC and 60 mins to Birmingham.

It’s very unique and we think it’s beautiful with its hammocks in the woods, large pond and out door firepit to toast marshmallows on… did we mention the gorgeous wood fired hot tub!❤️ Only one shepherds hut is located in the field so you have total privacy We are dog friendly providing they don’t sleep on beds or chase sheep

Drift View Shepherds Hut

Welcome to Drift View, lovingly designed and built by ourselves and set on our family farm close to the Rutland/Leicestershire border. The hut is positioned in a private and secluded orchard, next to the farmyard and offers stunning views of the rural landscape. You can experience the peace and tranquillity the location provides whilst enjoying the luxury of the shepherds hut which has an en-suite with shower, fully equipped kitchen, double bed and both indoor/outdoor dining areas.

Cosy & Quirky Cottage Retreat

Welcome to Brandybuck Cottage, a unique arts & crafts inspired 1850’s cottage located in the heart of the vibrant village of Mountsorrel, Leicestershire, with pubs, walks, cafes and restaurants all on your doorstep. Brandybuck cottage is a cosy two bedroomed, self catering cottage. There is an additional third bedroom located in the grounds of the cottage in the outhouse. There is also private parking for 2 cars on the driveway, a large terrace & secret garden to enjoy.

The Vine Cabin is a hand built snug insulated wooden cabin with woodburner, within sight and sound of the River Wreake where you can use our canoes . Sleeps up to 5 (2 in bunks), basic cooking facilities. Canoe building holidays by arrangement. The built in bunk can take 2 people ( increasing the capacity to 6, but they need to be friendly!!). Please bring sleeping bags for the built in bunk (the other beds have bedding provided)

Beautiful barn conversion in Thrussington

“Swift Retreat” is a beautiful one-bedroomed barn conversion in the attractive village of Thrussington in the heart of the Wreake Valley. Discounted rate! We are currently undergoing building work in the property next door. Whilst this won't directly affect the internal accommodation, there may be some noise/disruption outside during weekdays (8am-4pm). Our rates have therefore been discounted during this period.

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
