A great stay! Located in a great spot, wonderful for families! My kids had the best time in the backyard. Would 100% reccomended to anyone traveling through Tallahassee

We had a wonderful day in Havana… They took great pictures of this place, but the pictures didn’t do it justice. It was much more roomie than it looked from the pictures very spacious comfortable for all my family… Lovely place would definitely come back.. and the pool was just an extra touch.. My grandchildren enjoyed it after a very long day in the car.. Havana had l had several choices of food to eat.. We eat at the local Mexican restaurant and it was very good.. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us..

The property was well appointed with bathrooms in every room, an efficient kitchen, comfortable living space and plenty of sitting areas. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this townhouse.

The perfect house to spend a few days with the family. The place is quiet, near a lot of places to eat and the pool is the icing on the cake. The fact that it’s covered by a screen it helps with the heat, mosquitos. The house was perfect!

We enjoyed our few days at this spot in midtown Tallahassee. The location relative to town was great, but keep in mind it is on a busy road and the side drive leads to multiple apartments. The blinds and curtains were nice, but not all windows had both, so headlights were distracting. The kitchen was our favorite part, and the laundry was a blessing. The beds were comfortable. Definitely stay here when you have more than just a couple people!

Our stay was extremely short, less than 24 hours, but it was enjoyable! We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable, it was clean, and had everything we needed for the night. Thank you!

Loved the stay! Very clean and open floor plan. The host was responsive and any time we had an issue she always checked in with me.

We had a quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable stay over Thanksgiving! Susan and Michael were very responsive. They provided photos of the kitchen items so I could better plan for our Thanksgiving meal. They quickly took care of an unplanned utility issue with minimal disturbance to our stay to make things fully functional. The beds were comfortable and linens we clean and soft. The entire house was very clean with a fully functional kitchen. We enjoyed playing the 80s video games on the Packman video machine. Our dogs enjoyed the small fenced in dog area for safe potty breaks. And the view of Lake Talquin was just beautiful! We had a great day visiting Wakulla Springs. Recommend making reservations for the boat tour online well in advance. The Dollar General is just a few mile down the street was well stocked for last minute necessities. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Your house will be the first thing I think of the next time I'm in Tallahassee. It will be your house! I loved it; it felt cozy and it's very clean.

My stay was so awesome, had a little hiccup on the code to the door, but it was my fault and my hose came right on out and fixed it. I would definitely definitely book again five stars.

Deborah’s house was perfect for our stay. Split rooms were ideal for separation of kids and adults. House was spacious and clean. Neighborhood was quiet but located to all things Tallahassee. Her responsiveness was by far the best I have experienced. We will stay again next time in Tallahassee.

Great place and they did an amazing job renovating the house. Perfect for a family visiting Tallahassee. 5 min walk to campus - 7 min drive to just about everything needed… restaurants and grocery stores. Strong recommend!

We booked this stay in Tallahassee for our employees while they were working on a project at the university, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The location was perfect—just a short drive from campus, which made commuting easy and convenient. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The cutest little touches with muffins and candy when you get there! The location is surrounded by woods, but easily accessible not far from north Monroe street! There is a lot of walking traffic.The space itself was clean, which was a big plus, but I did find the decor and amenities to be a bit outdated. The beds weren’t the comfiest, but again, hard to beat the location!

Ronald’s place is clean and very spacious. Great living room/family area space if you have a number of guests staying. I would absolutely recommend and I will book again when I’m in Tallahassee!

Heather’s house is lovely and was just as represented. We were very comfortable all weekend. All of her instructions were clear. The amenities were just as described (she gets extra points for the towels!). And her welcome gift including a little something for my granddaughter which was so sweet! (We were there to celebrate her first birthday). I’d highly recommend the Milton House if you’re in Tallahassee for a visit. My “value” rating needs some qualification. It is graduation weekend in Tallahassee. But we were there to celebrate my granddaughter’s first birthday. Needless to say, like most big weekends in Tallahassee, the “value” comes in not having to drive there and back in a day (we live 2 1/2 hrs away). The “value” was the precious family time we had with all the family and friends. When we booked it in January, we were just happy to find a nice place that was near my son’s house.
