Holiday rentals with beach access in Gafanha da Encarnação

Our stay in Joāo's apartment was wonderful. The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished and there is nothing missing. There is a supermarket just around the corner and the beach is only a stone's throw away. The town and the surrounding villages offer a lot to discover and explore. Check in and check out were very straightforward, even without personal contact. We can definitely recommend this accommodation and would love to come back!

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Several windows gave great views of the gondolas on the canal. Light filled the apartment during tne day but highly effective blackout blinds made sleeping at night a pleasure. We didn't have a car but everything was within walking distance. Walking back and forth to the train station took about 20 minutes each way. The bus stop to catch the public bus to the beach at Costa Nova is just a short walk from the apartment. Both Ely and Fatima were friendly, responsive and helpful. We would love to return some day.

Miguel was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure a great stay. The view and accommodations were perfect, we would bring our family back again without a doubt.

I loved everything about my stay in Ana's appartment! The appartment itself is lovely, it was super clean and super cozy, very lovingly decorated, i felt very much at home. In the kitchen i found everything i needed to cook a nice meal. the location is amazing, just next to beach, you can hear the waves in the background. Internet was spotless. Communication with Ana was amazing, she was always quick to reply and you could feel her care even from a distance. Check in and check out is very easy and relaxed. I can only fully recommend and hope to come back here in the future. Thank you for everything Ana!

Joao is incredibly kind and helpful. His rental is perfect for a vacation, within easy driving distance of Portugal's magnificent northern cities. The beach is very close by, and you can see the waves from the rooftop deck. The flat had everything we needed for a very comfortable time. Easily one of my all-time favorite stays. It was a very nice cottage, small, but everything was in good material, nice shower, nicely decorated with nice wood details. We slept wonderfully with the windows open and the sound of the river, otherwise it was completely quiet at night. Outside nice terraces, wonderfully seated with our feet in the river, a fantastic environment, completely unobstructed views at the back of the house and a lovely hamlet. We walked every day for half an hour to Gois, a beautiful village with river and delicious pastries at the paladeria. We thought it was very nice!

Alessandro and his partner were very friendly! He helped us with getting started on the surf boards and was always happy to help. The house is located right next to the beach and the ocean and is ideal to start surfing. We were able to use the bbq facilities loads and the veranda is very nice in case the weather is bad!

Our stay was amazing. We went to Grijó for a wedding and the location couldn't be more perfect. Emília was an amazing host, super available, attentive and of a giant sympathy! The house, besides the excellent cleaning, is very welcoming and is equipped with everything we need and something else :) all the corners were thought to detail with a lot of love and affection, both inside and outside that is also very pleasant ! And it's impossible not to feel the good energy ❤️ We sincerely thank you for your attention and look forward to coming back!

Joanna’s home was exceptionally well laid out and very modern. Beds were comfy and the whole place was home from home with so many things you would need for a stay, washing machine, fridge, crockery and essentials etc. The home was spotlessly clean. The near by beach is lovely, we were just unlucky with the weather so didn’t get to use the pool as much as we thought we would but the playground directly behind the house was a hit with our 2 daughters. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook if in the area.

Amazing stay! Super cozy and comfortable! Carlos was very responsive when we needed to get in contact. He was amazing at listening to our requests especially because we got ready in his homes for my wedding. Absolutely amazing!

We loved the place - very comfortable and well-appointed, ideal for both short and long term stays. Denise is very friendly and was always aware that everything was fine. Having a parking spot is a big plus. The location is perfect, close to the highway and several beaches. In addition, you can walk to good restaurants and supermarkets. We will definitely be back!

Family of 9 we spent 3 days at the property. Paddleboard, Visited Barra, Costa Nova fish market, Aveiro and long beach walks. would recommend.

Even though it is listed as being in Figueira da Foz, it is actually in the neighbourhood of Buarcos. Much better. More authentic. You are steps away from the beach. Daniel and Elisabete are a nice, hardworking couple. Very friendly. The place is perfect, quiet and in the old part of town. You are within the old remparts. Nice walks and beach strolls all around. Lidl supermarket 5 minutes away. The terrace is beautiful. Big plus. I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent! A very good place to spend a vacation. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed to spend a few weeks on vacation. The view we have of the ocean is wonderful. Mr. António is very attentive. I highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

We have never experienced such a well-maintained, clean and well-equipped apartment. It corresponds 100% to the photos. There is a large underground parking lot. The landlord Manuel took care of things proactively and asked several times if everything was okay. The location is right on the main beach of Esmoriz, separated only by the waterfront road. However, it should be noted that at the end of August, a fair takes place right in front of the house with corresponding volume in the afternoon and evening.

Ana is a very friendly host. She gave clear instructions about how to get to the appartment and always answered my questions. The appartment was very nice and clean. It is located at walking distance from the ferry to Aveiro.
