Situated on a headland in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve in a small village away from the tourist hustle and bustle, within walking distance to the water. The studio apartment "Bungalow", which is situated in Gager, overlooks the nearby mountain. The 40 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. The studio apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue. The property also has access to a shared garden. The property is located just 500 m from a small grocery shop and a bus stop.

Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, fireplace, smart/pay TV, sauna (for a fee), iPad, echo dot and soon PS5.
