Замок 1910 года, одна из построек комплекса зданий «принцевских времен», ровесник закладки курорта Гагра. Есть несколько версий кому ранее принадлежал замок. По одной из них это гостевой дом Ильи Силина друга принца Александра Ольденбургского. По другой, это дом Булгаридт. В 50-е годы в здании располагалась музыкальная школа. Много лет здание было закрыто. Нам удалось восстановить его и сохранить лепнину ,лестницу и добавить современную,комфортную мебель ,атмосферу в замке .

В ноябре сделали полностью капитальный ремонт, новая мебель, европейская сантехника. Делали, как для себя. Я сам живу в Ростове, это квартира для отдыха. Так же есть стульчик детский для кормления. Интернет WiFi, телевизор подключён.
