The apartment is as described and has a spectacular view. Mr. Carlos is very attentive and provides very good service.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It was a very central location, safe and with restaurants and bars steps from the door. I liked that there was a doorman/porter and the front door snd the building was locked and secure. The pool area was clean and had a great view. The beach was a couple of blocks away. We had a wonderful time and the location was the reason we went there. However if you are a person that likes peace and quiet, you do hear music late into the night. It didn’t bother us though. Would recommend this place.

A grab spot to spend a few days on the beach. Excellent attention in the common areas with the hotel and the beach. Clean and tidy... would come back many times!

Yeimy and Marco have a beautiful studio apartment in Sui Lofts near the beach in Pozos Colorados. Its a short walk around the Hilton hotel to an amazing beach, less than a 2 minute walk. The apartment itself is very well decorated, modern, exceptionally clean with strong air conditioners. A large television with cable channels👍 and Netflix. The bed is very comfortable with premium bedding. The balcony has a nice table and chairs to relax with a view of the mountains (although they are constructing a new building next door, it didn't bother me). The building has a beautiful pool which is refreshing although not heated. The kitchen was well stocked with a microwave👍. Two bathrooms and a nice sofa. Overall the place is very comfortable and well taken care of. I love the beach here because the sea is calm and you can relax in the water. Yeimy are Marcos are definitely super hosts. They were very kind and professional to me, thanks ! I would definitely return and fully recommend !

Very good place to enjoy the beach and comfort in Santa Marta, we fully enjoyed the stay in the apartment with my husband and daughter, super well equipped, it overlooks the beach and you can walk to it, it has modern pool amenities and a gym, all very clean, the area is safe and very easy to access by car and you can even take a bus to go to the historic center, it has its own parking. Nicolas is a very good host, he helped us from the beginning to the end of our visit, we will definitely come back again. Super recommended!!!

One of the best locations to spend a vacation in Santa Marta, the excellent area, the impeccable facilities, we had a great time in the home, it felt a little narrow because we were with the children, but overall very cozy, if you are a couple you will find a very comfortable and cozy place.

What I highlight about the apartment is: A very beautiful view of the mountain A very large balcony The apartment is very bright The building has a very nice pool and has a washer and dryer. The location is very good because it is very close to the.centor and the beach and in turn is a very quiet area. Things to improve: the mattress, kitchen equipment, drawers and somewhere in the bathroom to place the items of.higie e personal. Luciana was attentive to my messages and always received a response from her.

Great Stay! The apartment was spotless and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt very safe with the attention to building security. The location is perfect, right across from the Hilton, walking distance from the beach and there’s a mini-market downstairs which made grabbing snacks and water super convenient. The host was very responsive, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only thing worth noting is there is some ongoing construction in the area. One side of the apartment faces the site, so you might hear noise during weekdays and Saturday mornings, though Sunday was much quieter. It wasn’t a huge issue for me, and I understand it's out of the host’s control, but if you're someone who’s looking for complete silence, this might be something to consider. I’d also recommend bringing your own shower essentials like shampoo and soap bar, as these aren’t provided, but everything else was fantastic.

Very nice place, it's very close to the beach and has a beautiful view, I would definitely stay here again.

It's a very nice apartment, it's just like in the photos and the balcony was my favorite place, the sunsets you see are beautiful and you also hear the birds. It is surrounded by nature. The pool is large and also has a breathtaking view, and the gym has enough machines and dumbbells, and in general the staff in the building are very friendly. The area has a shopping center nearby with restaurants and a Carulla that you can walk to. Also a couple of blocks away there is a D1 and an Ara. And the beach is about two or three blocks away. Angela always communicated with me, was attentive and was very kind. I recommend it.

I wrote a long review for Pedro´s place earlier in the year so I won´t repeat so much here but the fact that I´m here again speaks for how much I rate being here. It´s very comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and it is close to the beach and transport to surrounding areas. Everyone has been really lovely, friendly and helpful and Pedro is excellent at responding if there´s anything you need. Highly recommended and I´m grateful Pedro welcomed me back :)

Excellent for a good stay, for my part I was 8 days and every night it was very nice to get to recharge for the next day, very attentive to requests, and the hosts too, I would definitely come back!

Excellent stay, cozy place and easy communication with Mr. Eduardo. All those who work there were very friendly Everything is very close, the beach, the mall, Ara, D1. Easy to get around by bus to wherever I want to go. Super recommended. We were very happy.

This is my second time visiting this place and I am just as amazed. Marta is a very attentive lady to guests. The place is very nice, the view is beautiful. It's private. It's accessible. I love it!

A very nice place and close to everything, in addition to the spaces such as the pool, Turkish bath and other very nice ones. The only suggestion is a hair dryer for the ladies and a washing machine for those who stay longer.
