Too good apartment, and the owner even better, really. It has everything you need, even for a longer stay. The owner has thought of everything, down to the last detail. One of the best places I’ve stayed at. You get a cozy comfy modern three-story house with a big garden in a nice safe neighborhood. Oksana and her family have been so lovely. It was a privilege to interact with them Good Wi-Fi and “A1” cell signal. There is regular bus service to and from Varna every day except Sundays. An ethnic store called “Sokoni” delivers good quality Indian groceries all over Bulgaria including Grozdyovo. The host family did so much to make my stay as comfortable as possible. We communicated OK through translation even though they don’t know English and I don’t know Bulgarian or Russian. Without me asking, they even bought a very nice new vacuum cleaner when I mentioned I was having problems using the old one. In fact I was using it wrong. I felt guilty about it, though the new one was nicer. Of course I recommended this.

We are very happy with the time we spent in Nesebar. The apartment had everything we wanted, and it was in a very quiet and convenient area for visiting other places. Pepi was incredible. He was always very helpful to making sure everything was going well. If we had any questions, he answered us immediately and also gave us many recommendations for our trip. Everything was perfect! We will definitely return

We spend remarkable holiday in your apartment. It was in Asian and modern stile house with all you need to stay long duration. Even beach accessories was useful to use own umbrella in the beach and kids enjoy from swimming toys. View was amazing and we enjoy in the terrace to get sunbathing and also BBQ set was amazing to cook own food. Thanks Ivomir. Hope will come back again.
