Beachfront holiday rental in Galápagos Islands

We had a wonderful stay at Mi Playa. The house is beautiful and spacious with gorgeous views of the ocean, even better than the photos. Centrally located on the beach, and close to restaurants and bars. The hosts are very responsive and a great breakfast is provided every morning.

This room is a guest room in a large house where Tammy's family lives. Here we met kind adults, friendly children, a 3-week-old baby, and several cats. The kitchen and washing machine are shared with the family.I understood the atmosphere of the island family. The shower water in the private bathroom is low in temperature, but it is not a problem because it is a hot island. The sheets and towels in the room are completely clean. There were several types of small insects in the room.This is the Galapagos Islands, so I accepted it.We can say that we are visiting the paradise of insects. There is a white sandy beach a 10-minute walk away.I was really happy to be able to swim with the sea lions. The neighborhood was a town area, close to schools and a seafood market, and was calm and safe. In short, this is a room I would recommend to nature lovers.

Charming hostel, very well located by the sea, in a beautiful village. Adel and his team offer great service, can help with taxis, ferry, laundry and surely many other things. The rooms are perfect. There is an outdoor kitchen, to share. There is a lot of choice in isabela but nothing so well located.

The stay was great and chilled. Not a lot of interactions or communication with the host but he was responsive when needed. It would be good to consider having a weekly tidy up and cleaning of the room for long staying guests.

Very well located in the center of Puerto Baquerizo, close to everything: restaurants, beaches, shops, travel agencies. The very friendly staff and the house is very comfortable and very well equipped. Excellent value for money.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hostal Pinzon. The location is probably the most beautiful you can get on the island. Only 2 mins walk from the ferry pier, right at the north end of the Malecón close to a little beach. There is no Traffic at this end of the Malecón , so it is super calm.The rooms are very spacious and the very clean, the mattresses are of high quality, the towels thick and fluffy. Jorge and Sofia are extremely helpful and welcoming, treated us with fresh fruit and gave lots of advice concerning sightseeing. They both are also guides so will be able to organise all you would want to do on the island. Many restaurants, shopping facilities, pharmacies even doctors are within walking distance. The view from the hostels terrace is beautiful- blue water and ships, the pool in excellent condition and crystal clear. We can absolutely recommend Hostal Pinzon!

The place is well located, it's right in the middle of every place you're going to want to walk to. The service was excellent, I suggest improving the cleanliness of the rooms, there were pillowcases and security seals made under our bed. They have a pool but it's always very cold haha, although being in the Galapagos, you won't need it. The food at the restaurant was great.

This is a really cute hotel right on the main strip. Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We had a great time at the Flip Flop House. It was perfectly spaced away from the hotels with plenty of amenities and points of interest nearby. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The house is luxurious and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back to Isabela, and will definitely stay at the Flip Flop House again!

This was incredible. My fav place we've stayed in the Galapagos. My family and I loved the spacious accomodations, comfortable beds, nearby food, AC and beach front access. We saw a ray, tons of iguanas, fish, a turtle. One of our tours on the last day did not show, and she was kind enough to give us extra time.

Words can’t express how amazing our time was. If you don’t stay here you’ll miss a 10 star experience. Close in yet private. She met us at our convenience not hers and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving the dock, even went along to show the best places to purchase items, especially food. She brought us right to the Yellow Door and did a complete and thorough tour being sure we understood everything. The room had both AC and a fan. It contained a pertinent library. The kitchen was fully stocked & the BBQ was easy to use and to cook on. We cooked many meals there both inside & out. ALL of the basics were already provided. There was a kayak and snorkel equipment to be used right out our backdoor. One side of Franklins bay has a pelican & white egret nursery. I enjoyed the sites and sounds from the kayak. We walked past the most amazing beach everyday. If you’re looking for the perfect place to relax & unwind this is it. Sarah always had the perfect recommendations.

Ashleigh was a wonderful host—kind, thoughtful, and communicative. She brought us bananas from a local farm, left toys/books for our toddlers, and checked on us during a power outage. Rosita was great, cleaning daily. The house is perfectly located: a 60-second walk to Playa Mann, a stunning beach with sea lions swimming in the surf, calm water for kids, and 3 small restaurants with ocean views. Taxis out front take you anywhere for $2-3. It’s outside town, so quieter—we loved that. Evenings on the veranda in hammocks, watching harbor sunsets, were magical. A 10-minute walk gets you downtown to the port street or the National Park entrance for beach hikes and snorkeling; you basically can't get any closer! Both bedrooms have AC. The kitchen/dining room is separate from sleeping quarters, linked by the veranda, which was unique but fine. Ants and geckos got in, but didn’t bother us—embrace the Galapagos wildlife! Don’t hesitate to book; this house will make your Galapagos trip amazing!!
