This cabin is located on our 20 acre property, less than 10 minutes from Rend Lake, I57 access, and public hunting land and within 1 hour of the Shawnee National Forest. Includes use of kayaks, fishing poles for our catch & release pond, and hammocks on a walking trail. Bow target use available upon request. Gas grill, firepit and firewood onsite.. This special place is in the middle of the Shawnee National making it a short drive to many favorite hiking locations Burden falls,Jackson falls,Bell smith springs, Garden of the gods, We also offer guided horseback riding into the Shawnee on our horses or u can bring your own on vacation and we have room to stable them and guide u everyday to a different location in the Shawnee to see. The cottage is on a horse farm with a large yard to play in and enjoy the stars at night around a campfire

The Paddock at 1208 is a house that was built in the 1920's. Former owner was a pharmacist and racing horse trainer hence the name and decor.
