Independent stairs/entrance. 25 min drive from Athens Airport. Transportation is definitely needed but a local taxi service can take you to beach and restaurant area. Cats reside on the property.

“Chez vous” is a suitable name for this charming house. The warmhearted welcoming made us feel at home right from the start. We got a detailed tour through the apartment and Kelly`s mother had prepared Lokumi and biscuits for us. The stunning view over the sea and the wonderful location of Kelly`s house made our stay to a unique experience. A supermarket as well as a traditional Greek tavern are in close walking distance, and the huge sandy beach is only a five-minute walk away. Still, “Chez vouz” offers privacy and a calm atmosphere. (For people sensitive to noise it is worth mentioning that you can hear the coast road nearby.) Thanks to the spacious, beautiful terrace, which surrounds the whole apartment, there is a place to rest in the shadow at any time of the day. The small kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped, and both bedrooms have air conditioning. Furthermore, the apartment is close to the bus stop - perfect to get to Kap Sounion for a sunset at Temple of Poseidon.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Tholos in what was meant to be the coldest month of the year- January! We were very well looked after by our hosts from the minute we arrived making sure we had everything we needed including extra blankets etc The traditional Greek treats and wine certainly went down a treat too! The villa itself was absolutly stunning, very well maintained, clean throughout, amazing architecture and best of all views to die for!The location of the villa was perfect to experience Athens but also some of the surrounding areas with plenty of beaches and restaurants right on the doorstep. 100% recommend Villa Tholos to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway with plenty of garden space to soak up the Greek sunshine even in January!!! Thank you again to our amazing hosts, we will definitely be back.

The terrasse is wonderful for meals and for relaxing. There is a decent beach about 4 minutes walk. You go down the driveway, cross a main street, and descend to the beach area. The sand and water are clean. The second week of September the beach was quite calm. In some places there are some rocks to cross to get into the deeper water. Bring your reef walkers if you like. There is a mini-mart between the house and the beach. There is a small supermarket about 12 minutes by foot. The kitchen is quite usable, much better than the average Airbnb kitchen. The house is very clean and things are in good condition. We had a relaxing time. Eleni was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this accomodation. One of the best!! Stelios was so helpful and friendly and we had a good laugh. The view was amazing, looking out to sea and watching the sunset. Very private with your own security gates. If I was in this area again it would be the first place I would head for. Everything was there that you need and the bed was very comfortable.
