How many places in Rome, adjacent to Termini station, have a 40 metre terrace where you can relax, sunbathe or read a book and, why not, smoke a cigarette in peace? Our terrace is equipped with couches, armchairs and tables. It is open in every season, from the afternoon until late in the evening and it's the ideal place to relax after a day of work or excursions in the city. Breakfast is included in the price and served by us in the breakfast room from 8am to 10am. We offer you a rich continental breakfast with quality products tipical of italian cuisine.

The B&B is located in the center of Rome, in one of the most lively and elegant district of the Capital. Its strategic position allows you to reach in a few minutes all of Rome’s main highlights. You will stay in a large and light room with an en suite bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the neighborhood. A common room is available to use PC with printer and fax. The advanced cleaning process based on a manual developed in collaboration with experts is adopted.

Are available to guests in the common area, the coffee machine, the kettle for tea or herbal teas, with a wide choice of different essences, the free minibar with drinks and fruit juices available, sparkling water or natural purified and a basket with seasonal fruit.
