Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

Sunny Day Beach Block Cottage- low cleaning fees

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cute little beach block (9 houses from beach) 2nd floor apt that is just one block over to 4x4 drive on beach(permit needed) / Doggy Beach which is at the beginning of the three-mile North Beach nature preserve. Just simply beautiful and peaceful! It feels like you are on a deserted island. Let's not forget its only 10 mins away from the excitement of Atlantic City which has some of the best restaurants, casinos and nightlight in the world!

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. Located on a quiet street our home sleeps 5 and features 2 bedrooms , 2 full baths, air conditioning, open floor plan, kitchen with stainless steel and granite, livingroom, and front porch.
