Old brewery converted into a comfortable practical accommodation for 2 people. South-facing patio with fantastic views and barbecue. 9000 sqm fenced plot. Forest walks around the corner, 5 km to the swimming lake and 7 km to Ljugarn's long beaches, shops and restaurants. Modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Shower with underfloor heating, hot water for 2 people (normal use). Double bed 180 cm + 70 cm wide extra bed. Final cleaning is included. Sheets & towels are not included, can be rented. Cabin and Atterfallare by the Sea

From the plot, you can see the glitter from the sea and you walk a short path down to the beach where there are both rocks and sand where you can swim completely undisturbed. The cottages are peacefully located with a few neighbors on the east side of Gotland, within walking distance of Sandviken's long beach. Either you just hang out at the cottage and the beach or you take one of the cottage's kayaks or bikes for an excursion and visit a nearby restaurant, shop or why not a round of golf in När or café in Ljugarn.

Here you live close to everything with one kilometer to the sea and cozy Själsö fishing harbor. The newly-built house of 132 m2 has three bedrooms (all with double beds), two bathrooms (one with double shower), large living room and kitchen with kitchen island. Fully-equipped laundry room with utility entrance. In addition to this, there are 2 good mattresses for children to sleep on.

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.

Built in 2012, this is a clean and comfortable accomodation with good standards, only a stone's throw from a wonderful sandy beach. We have fantastic treks for hiking in every direction just outside of the door. Fishing and swimming are popular, as is taking long walks with or without the camera and / or dog. Sjaustru is one of Gotland's hidden gems without too many people around. Nice and quiet for a relaxing break - welcome to our paradise! =0)
