We had an amazing stay. The views surrounding the house and the interiors of the house were absolutely stunning. Every part of the house was so thoughtfully designed and decorated. The best part of the stay was the delicious vegetarian food which we throughly enjoyed. Sam, Sandun and team were extremely hospitable, warm and helpful. We look forward to staying at the BNB again very soon :)

Second time staying at AJ's tranquil place and it offers beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Calming and very inviting home. Most importantly it was clean especially the kitchen and washrooms. Loved his place and the caretaker; Mr Amit and family was very friendly and helpful too!

A great place to stay if you're in Gampaha. The house is private, spacious, and clean. It has a TV with Netflix and is equipped with CCTV, which makes it feel very safe. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating—they fulfilled all my requests and even provided a printed map with recommended places to visit. That was really impressive!

Our stay was sensational! The hosts took great care of us before check-in and welcomed us warmly. The prepared dinner was top notch and the breakfast as well. We were provided with drinks, WiFi, bug spray and helpful tips for booking a driver. The private garden is incredibly beautiful. We felt very comfortable.

I stayed in few places during my visit to Sri Lanka and this was the best place out of all 3. The apartment was really beautiful and luxurious. Had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and a beautiful infinity pool. Staff were friendly and the host was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely come back here

Felt at home as we came. The caretaker and his wife was very kind and helpful. We have been in this villa before so we had a great experience last time as well hence we decided to come again with our parents. Place is very spacious with a lovely view of the pool, some greenery and the beach. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to go on a small vacay not too far from Colombo and enjoy with family and friends.

We stayed at Ocean Retreat for two nights and loved it so much we extended for one more night! The apartment is on the 10th floor with a beautiful view of the beach and the city. It’s cozy, clean, and even prettier than the photos—felt like a real home away from home. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a meal, and there was a washing machine with detergent and clear instructions, which was super convenient. Loved the little touches, there was even an umbrella! Chiran was a great host, very easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we had minor issues with the AC and Wi-Fi. There’s a restaurant right in the building and lots of others just a minute away, so food was never a problem. We also enjoyed binge-watching Netflix and chilling on the balcony. The rooftop pool is amazing too, with a 360° view of Negombo. The building feels very secure, and there’s free parking on the ground floor. Everything was just so thoughtfully arranged. Would definitely return!
