The stay justifies it's name, it's cozy, calm and very peaceful. Great host - awesome hospitality, clear communication and always helpful. all the amenities matches the description. The locality of the appartment is awesome, we stayed for 6 days and it was very much home. Ample supermarkets and restaurants are surrounding the area. I had a wonderful stay at Nikita's Residency in Dabolim, Goa. The place exceeded my expectations in every way. The ambience was peaceful and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made my stay all the more comfortable. The amenities provided were excellent, catering to all basic needs and more. Its a flat at 7th floor overlooking the sea. Views at both night and day from balcony is awesome. There is no kitchen but utensils, plates and refrigerator were provided. The staff was really friendly and communicated properly.

She was incredibly understanding, always ready to help, and super clear with her instructions (which, trust me, makes a world of difference when you're tired and figuring out things in a new place). But what truly stood out was how she went above and beyond — at every step. There were moments when she could’ve just done the basics and we’d still have been satisfied, but she chose to go the extra mile every single time. The sweetest part? She even sent her mom to check in on us — just to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. ❤️ If there’s a “best host” title, I’d say give it to her already. She didn’t just make our stay smooth — she made it memorable.

Meherangez is a wonderful host. She had shared all the relevant details well in advance ... how to get there, care takers details, who to contact for local transport, which are the nice places & restaurants to go to etc. We had a wonderful stay. Felt right at home. The house is well appointed, neat & clean. It has very peaceful surroundings which is exactly what me & my wife were looking for. We will surely recommend to our friends

it's good property and service but need to improve service part. If we need anything there is no one to call for and no direct contact point for service like housekeeping etc. room was very ventilated property with fridge, utensils, induction etc.

It's a perfect homestay for a family who is looking for peaceful and quite time with serene beaches just a few miles away. And special mention to the host Nilima Keni who showed genuine concern of our well being while we were there. Even suggested few hidden gem of places which we would have never figured on our own. And on the last day she suprised us with a beautiful souvenir in the apartment. I will definitely recommend it whoever is planning to visit South Goa

This is a gem of a find in the hustle and bustle of Benaulim..the apartment is in a clean and quiet complex. The apartment itself is well equipped and is as described. The terrace provides a fresh and cool environment to sit to have a morning coffee or an evening aperetif. The outlook is one of the best ones as the apartment overlooks the pool.Anand was super responsive, very helpful and resolved a couple of small issues very promptly. He was very flexible and communicated clearly and promptly. This apartment is one of the nicest ones that you will find. The apartment is cleaned regularly and the maid was friendly and helpful..We came to Goa on business and this was the perfect apartment to use as a base. it would have been equally suitable for a holiday too as it's so close to all amenities,the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. If you stay here definitely try the German bakery situated to the left of the apartment The sourdough bread is amazing. Also go for cocktails at BENO👍

The place looks as it is captured in the photos. The manager - Sushant was very responsive and helpful in finding the venue as well as checking-in. Vikram is a super host, accommodating and helpful. The house was very clean and an all amenities were functional without any complaints. Highly recommend this AirBnB for a convenient and relaxed stay.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.

Had a pleasant stay with my family when i came down to GOA for a wedding. House was clean and well maintained. Had a smart tv that functions well. The beds in both the rooms was so comfortable. Overall i do recommend staying at this airbnb. The host was really attentive as well.
