In the 60-inch smartv 4K room; we have wi-fi with fast internet; white-tailed piano. The kitchen is complete with high standard utensils. The bathroom has a hand-carved vat and heated shower. In the outdoor area, gourmet space, swimming pool/hydro with glass divider and fireplace and spaces for photos and leisure.

Casa simples e acolhedora. Possui quintal grande, ideal para crianças , com chuveirão. São dois quartos: um com cama de casal e outro com bicama e espuma. Sala ampla, cozinha equipada, Wi-Fi em toda a casa, TV na sala e banheiro pequeno. Moro na casa, mas quando alugo saio e deixo o imóvel limpo e organizado; alguns itens pessoais podem permanecer. Rua tranquila, com padaria, mercado e farmácia próximos. Pela manhã, é possível ouvir o canto das galinhas do vizinho, trazendo o clima do interior.
