The apartment with separate entrance consists of a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 2-burner ceramic hob, espresso and coffee maker, toaster) with dining table with 3 comfortable chairs (can also be used as a workplace), a combined living room and bedroom and a bathroom with large shower (and washing machine, iron, etc.). Wi-Fi is available, as are smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, sewing kit, shoehorn and first aid kit. The courtyard garden area can be used.

This beautiful apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a separate entrance. It is perfect for a couple or for 2 friends/colleagues. It has a balcony with seating facing south. There is a bedroom, a bathroom and a large living room, which can also be used as a 2nd bedroom (by using folding beds). A spacious bathroom, kitchen and dining area are available. A children's travel cot and highchair are available on request.
