The Melkmanns

Just before St. Peter Ording, in the middle of the small town of Garding, stands the MELKMANNS. It used to be a milk and grocery store – its owner drove across the country and delivered milk. Today, the sales room is the living room, the laundry room is a wellness bath. The colorful mix of vintage, industrial and functional furniture makes the MELKMANNS truly unique. An individual place for those who want to have a great time with family and friends in a special environment.

Our apartment is located in Garding, a pretty small town in the middle of the green Eiderstedt peninsula and close to the popular health resort of St. Peter-Ording. Here you will find "real" life, a little off the beaten tourist track, which doesn't mean there's nothing going on here! The apartment is our second home, which we would like to share with our guests and from which we hope that they can feel as comfortable as we do and switch off from everyday life.

The studio apartment Ferienwohnung Emilia 2 is located in Garding and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. "Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 square meters for 2 (up to 4) people on 2 levels - the sleeping area is located in the light-flooded upper floor. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.
