In the garden there is a swing bed, fireplace, grill, nest swing, hammock for relaxation. Two hiking bikes are available for guests. Nearby, a few minutes' walk away, there is a restaurant, grocery store and wine cellar.

Vacation home near Velence lake

Close to Lake Velence (5 min. by car/15-20 min. walk) is our vacation home. It is ideal for 6-7 people. For children, there is a swing and a sandbox in the garden. 5 minutes from us, there is a large soccer field to play soccer. The cottage consists of the following rooms: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. We live next to the guest house, you can always come to us with your questions. Our accommodation is located in Agárd, in the resort area of Lake Velence, 50 km from Budapest and 15 km from Székesfehérvár, on a quiet street. It is easily accessible by car (M7 highway) and train. The lake shore is a 10-15 minute walk away, which offers beach and sports facilities. The Agárd Thermal Bath is 1.5 km away. The natural and cultural attractions of the area can even be visited by bicycle (rental and free delivery are available).

We welcome our guests to our modern, pool, hot tub, panoramic, air-conditioned guesthouse. Our guests can stay in a friendly, comfortable, air-conditioned house. The terrace has a beautiful view of Lake Venice, which is within walking distance, where we can occasionally monitor the airports of hot air balloons. The garden pool, the 6-person hot tub and the entire property are for guest use only, and the owner does not live on the property.

The house is located 300 m from the North Beach of Velence (the site of EFOTT), 300-400 m from the main roads with heavy traffic. It has two bathrooms, two/three bedrooms, a nice kitchen and an extra kitchenette. Ideal for families, sports, fishing, hiking and relaxation. The outside house has a sauna and two SUP boards. An outdoor covered parking is available for storing cars.

Lovely, unic designed quiet place in the heart of Velence lake area. The apartment is on the second floor of the house, with a beautiful peaceful view. There are two options for recreation near by. One is a Wellness Centre in Velence, the other is a Healing Bath in Gárdony itself, just about 400 m walking distance.
