Great apartment - so comfortable, modern and lovely. We had a great time and always looked forward to getting back indoors after sight-seeing. Adrien is a great host - attentive, responsive, friendly and flexible. The bakery close to the apartment is brilliant - great value, selection and also halal. The area itself is modest and not as developed but the proximity to line 12 meant we were never too far from the main attractions in Paris. Would recommend.

Listing as described. The only small downside is the nuisance (traffic calming down very clearly during the night)... we were also there during the final, so a little more lively and longer, but it remains a detail. Bakery just downstairs from the building, shopping mall in front of the building. The best part is the private covered parking.

Laurent's apartment is extremely close to a variety of cafes and restaurants which all were extremely hospitable and spoke in both English and French! It was very easy to commute from the apartment to downtown Paris in about 30min so for us the location was perfect. The apartment itself was easy to find and Laurent was available via the app to help us navigate to the front door. It was well kept and offered the amenities as described in the listing.

Maria and Thibaud’s home is an excellent choice for a few days in Paris. It's conveniently located, the apartment is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. Responsive, accommodating, and available hosts. The apartment matches the photos. It is refurbished, very well equipped and well located near the train station, shops and public transport.

Very good communication with M'Hamed. An autonomous arrival and departure which is a plus. The apartment is large and very well arranged. A balcony is available overlooking a small quiet place. I spent a stay for the Paris Air Show. 4 nights really very well spent, I felt really very good there, so much so that I would not hesitate to come back. A parking space is available, the car stayed there throughout the stay. I walked to the show, only 15 minutes away. Food stores are available nearby. Very very good!!! Thanks again.

Small friendly and practical apartment if you need to spend a weekend there. I came for a concert at the Zenith. Well located, close to the RER if you want to go to Bercy (only a few stops) or to La Villette. I recommend it!

Nelson was more than kind as I stayed the night before flying out. He helped me locate a restaurant open on Sunday (surprisingly good pizza) and when I was worried about locating the car rental return, he sent photos which helped immensely and made it much easier to navigate. The place was spotless and has lovely glass doors to open to let in the breeze. The flat was on the ground floor, so a large light-blocking screen allowed for privacy by lowering it to around knee level while leaving the doors open (or closing it to sleep). There are also blinds that let in lots of light, but they’re not helpful if the doors are open. If you want to return a full tank in a rental, I suggest you do it on your way to the flat - the flat is so close to the terminals you probably won’t pass a station (even the one that’s right before CDG) on your way. Also, the dedicated parking was great - perfect for rearranging items in luggage before loading the car. Overall, perfect for my CDG flight!

The apt was incredible and Julien was a great host. He left little surprises throughout the apt for us and even left us a parting gift. The neighborhood was very family friendly and it was great for late evening walks to cool off. Apt had everything we could have possibly needed and Julien was even able to accommodate our early check in time. Highly recommend staying here is you are visiting Paris!

The apartment was small but perfect for two people, just the right size for a comfortable stay without feeling cramped. It probably wouldn’t work for more than two guests, but since the listing is made for two, it was exactly what we expected. Pierre was an absolutely fantastic host. We asked him where to buy ice, and he thoughtfully let us know he’d already left ice trays in the freezer so we could make our own, super convenient! He also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, which really helped us enjoy the area. The location was super handy too, really close to a McDonald’s, which came in clutch for late-night snacks after long days out. Also, the fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks, including some cold Lipton tea, which was amazing to come home to on hot days. Pierre was always quick to respond, usually within minutes, definitely within an hour, and made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. We really appreciated how thoughtful and responsive he was.

Isaac is such a good host and very responsive. The apartment is a bit far from the tourist attractions but there is a bus stop close to the place. The place matched the description and he also left for us drinks and snacks. There were only one single towel per person provided maybe there should be more for future guests. Other than that everything was an amazing experience.

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful accommodation, close to the train station and everything. Breathtaking view over Paris. For the welcome, I had the wonderful surprise of being received by a woman whose listening, kindness and patience were of great help. Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

We had an unforgettable birthday evening in this absolutely perfect rooftop apartment! From the first exchanges, the hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly and attentive: each question received an almost immediate answer. Everything is designed to make your stay easier: a clear and complete user manual, a functional kitchen with dishwasher! A large friendly table, beds are very comfortable and fans in each room, ideal with the heat, well-appointed spaces, and the terrace keeps all its promises! Several seats allow you to create different atmospheres, and the jacuzzi is just exceptional. Everything was in place for a successful evening with friends. We had planned to go to the music festival but... we preferred to stay there! That's to say, the place was perfect... In summary: a unique place, well equipped, and perfectly suited to a festive moment. I would recommend it without a second thought!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
