We rated the apartment five stars based on two factors: (1) the apartment was clean and (2) Mr. Sanjoy was the perfect host- polite, responsive and helpful. For instance, my 87 year old father asked for newspaper delivery and Mr. Sanjoy went out of his way to make sure that we received daily newspapers. Mr. Sanjoy also assisted us in showing how some of the appliances/electronics in the apartment worked. As noted earlier, he was the perfect host. I would respectfully recommend that the garage lock be changed, as it is outdated. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and all the credit goes to Mr. Sanjoy.

My friends and I had a comfortable stay at the property. The place was spacious, clean and well-maintained. Sonu ji has been responsive throughout our stay and also helped us with early check-in. Do try the food in-house instead of ordering, I would say. It's pretty affordable and has the best quality. The swimming po ol had timing restrictions, but overall it was a great experience.

This is one of the best properties that a family visiting Kolkata can rent. It is spacious, clean, located in a great neighborhood and very well serviced in terms of cleaning, security, upkeep of amenities etc. Rashi is a very caring host and she always makes sure that her guests are comfortable. Rashi's associates Bihari and Vijender are very helpful, extremely friendly and cordial. Overall our family felt that we were at home away from home during our two-week-stay. The rooms, the kitchen, the bathrooms and even the laundry room, had plenty of space and very well equipped. The air conditioners worked great and so did the fans as well as other gadgets. The location of this apartment is simply fantastic. Getting to any corner or suburbs of Kolkata is very easy from this apartment. Even the Pujo traffic won't be a botheration. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful and comfortable visit to Kolkata. We will definitely rent this place whenever we visit Kolkata again.

We had a great stay here. The place was homely and in a safe, family-friendly area. The owner, Sourav da and the caretaker, Deep da were extremely polite, helpful, and accommodating. Security was excellent, and we had no issues with transport or food delivery. The place was also well-equipped with basic essential utensils for cooking. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

He made sure the place was cleaned every morning and patiently answered all our little questions. Check-in and check-out were easy and flexible, thanks to Anirban’s support. The property is located in a prime area, so we never had any trouble with deliveries or finding a cab. All the amenities mentioned in the listing were available and in good condition. We stayed as a group of three friends who were reuniting after college and this was the most perfect day staycation we could imagine, the place was beautiful and the host Manoj uncle was so accommodating that we felt completely at home, this was by far my most beautiful Airbnb experience. I had a great time at Mimo's nest. This is situated conveniently and has a very peaceful environment. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and has all requisite amenities. The hosts are welcoming & helpful and non intrusive at the same time. I had a great experience and would love to stay again in the future.

Stayed at Nandini’s place for a week with my pet … very peaceful & nice place … caretaker came every morning to check … nice & cosy place with a little garden for pets to move around. Arun ji, our Host, a generous and true gentleman, always helped us from the time of our check in to check out. The location of the property is perfect and very near to park street. Just outside of the house, there are lots of restaurants. Finally, it's awesome.

Ravi is an amazing host and was very helpful and responded to all our calls. Mintu da was also very well mannered and made sure the guest feel completely at ease. The place was very well maintained and clean. The hosts make sure that all needs of the guests are taken care of and are true gentlemen. I highly recommend this place for families and solo travelers as it is close to many places of interest and local commute is very easy. I will surely book this place everytime I need a place to stay for a few days in Kolkata.

Pankaj's place is a steal, to offer a full house in Park Street at such easy pricing with all amenities and many popular restaurants at walking distance is like hitting a jackpot, also he is always available at a call; the location seems to be at the centre of everything we needed to go; we had one of our best idyllic vacations, he is a generous host with complimentary juices, toiletries and a full kitchen; this will be a permanent fixture for our kolkata stays
