This place has everything a family could want. All the games, the pool, the lake and having access to paddle boards and kayaks was so much fun. This is a beautiful home and surroundings. It was very clean. Only thing I could think of that we needed once we got there was a lighter, ice and a little fire wood. Our stay was a blast and I'd go back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Royal. The home was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Pool was amazing and we spent lots of time swimming. Beds were super comfortable. The kids enjoyed the game room. Mostly played ping pong. Air hockey table didnt work the best, the pucks kept flying off. Also, under the impression there would be a gaming system, but there was not. Plenty of tvs to watch. Very private and secluded. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes and appliances. Close to Dollar General and Family Dollar. Not too close to eating establishments. Went to mexican restaurant near by and it was decent. Overall, amazing stay and made lots of memories. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Susan was a fantastic host! The condo was perfect for our needs and Susan has a binder full of restaurant recommendations in Hot Springs. I highly recommend staying here!

wonderful place in the woods. Plenty of room for my family of 4. very clean. Jana was very responsive with any questions we had. we enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the fireflies in the evenings. highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is isolated enough to have privacy and a relaxing environment but convenient to everything we needed in Hot Springs. We didn't have any problems or need anything but Marci was great about checking to see if everything was ok and making sure we got settled in. Would definitely stay here again.

We couldn’t have hoped for a better place than this! The grounds & home were magnificent. Private. Beautiful. Spacious. Newly remodeled & with comfortable, stylish furnishings. Beds were incredibly comfortable; I slept better than I have in ages. Sheets & toilet paper were soft. There were lots of extra amenities, from bedding to games to toiletries. The hosts have clearly thought of everything! There’s even a zip line for the kids! I particularly loved the spacious, walk-in closet with built-in shelves/drawers & mirrored doors in the main bedroom. I was very grateful for the separate office off the main bedroom since I ended up having to work. Also, it worked out great for others in our party to book the beautiful cabin that’s on the same property but right on the water. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Lovely house, every room was exactly as shown online. Very clean home, equipped with everything we needed. All anyone need to do is purchase your food. Loved the up to date stove and frig. Serne backyard, home was very clean throughout. Highly recommend

My family had the best time staying at this house! We had 4 adults and 2 kids (5 and 8 years old). The house itself is beautiful. It looks newly built. We’re a big fishing family and having the dock right there was a huge bonus for us. The water was still a bit too cold to swim, but that didn’t stop the kiddos! They had a blast. The house has extra life jackets, fishing poles, and has kayaks! I know there’s some comments about the neighborhood looking rough compared to the beautiful home being rented, but the neighborhood wasn’t bad at all. We didn’t have any issues with the neighbors. I consider it just a normal “lake property” where there’s a mix of homes, RVs, trailers, etc. It didn’t bother us one bit. Thomas was quick to respond if we had a question. Everywhere we ate was delicious. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again.

I love Hot Springs it’s such a beautiful and relaxing place to visit. This Airbnb looked just like the photos. It was the perfect set up for families. The spacious and open concept was nice to play games and watch movies. Not to mention the fire pit for s’mores and fun basketball/fooseball table. Host was very responsive and gave great recommendations for our trip. Would definitely recommend.

The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Price was great. Description did not do the beauty of the place justice. Very beautiful vegetable and flower garden. Kitchen well stocked. We will definitely stay again if we come back to area.

If you are looking at this place book it ! It such a nice place Pam has decorated so nice and she communicated fast Me and my buddies played 3 different golf courses within 5 miles of house .

Enjoyed the stay as it was clean and just what we needed for our trip. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom and amenities great. Parking in the back has a great covered area but it is a little challenging to get in and out of the driveway. Nature is literally right out the door and Central Avenue an easy drive from this place. Would stay again!

A lovely stay. It is a beautiful and comfortable home with well thought out amenities. We loved the cell phone chargers by the bed, the night lights, the tea pot, keurig, luggage racks, the refrigerator, the lighted mirror in the bathroom, and the sweet welcome basket. We were a short distance from Hot Springs National Park and we tried our luck at the Crater of Diamonds State Park. Our host was kind, responsive, and helpful. If we come down to Hot Springs again, we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was both beautiful and so peaceful. We had great views of the water from both the bedroom and main living area. The host was a great communicator and the rooms all felt clean.

This place was absolutely fantastic. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s over the years and this is by far one of our favorites. It was very welcoming and comfortable. It had lots of charm and character, was very clean, and decorated very nicely. There were only two of us, but if you’re traveling with others, it has plenty of room with three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is walking distance to Oaklawn casino or a very short drive to downtown. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will certainly make this home our “go to” place whenever we are in the area.

We stayed two nights and it was great! It is literally minutes from the “main drag” and lots of cool restaurants. It was a quiet neighborhood. The home had wonderful amenities, as well.
