This charming house in the Historic Center of Garopaba, facing the Rua dos Pescadores and the beach of Garopaba, is unique in its style and location. Restored in Azorean style and maintaining the characteristics of the neighborhood, the house is close to restaurants, shops and services. Three bedrooms, one suite, and two other rooms with shared bathroom. Sleeps six people with extra bed for a seventh person. American kitchen, laundry, barbecue. A treasure by the sea.
“The house is very good, the view is not even mentioned! The decor is beautiful and the rooms are super comfortable. I suggest you review the wifi, the signal was not good. We chose to use 4g. I found the delivery of the keys impersonal, as well as taking time. At the exit, the girl was there at 9:30 am to pick up the keys. I found it kind of embarrassing, check out time is early and we didn't have flexibility, it could be at noon. Thank you for your stay, it was two special days! The house is very worthwhile, unique energy!”
Located by the sea, on Preguiça beach, a paradisiacal and unique place, with deck and exclusive access to the beach, comfortable for couples, with split air, sky TV, wireless internet, microwave, fridge, cad. beach towels, bed linen and towels, kitchen utensils.
“The place is amazing, a piece of paradise in Garopaba. Our stay was incredible, the beach practically private, the windows to the sea and the sound of the waves when sleeping ... there is no explanation of how wonderful this place is.”
Our space is at the top of the mountain next to the Atlantic Forest. Hosted in a gated community you will enjoy comfort, security and a stunning view of the Lagoon with total privacy amidst nature. We are among the best beaches in Garopaba. From here you can walk on a trail to Silveira Beach, or 5 minutes by car to the beach of Ferrugem and Garopaba. Come and enjoy our special little corner in paradise!
“The view from the loft is incredible. The space is cozy and well equipped. The location is excellent and ideal for those seeking silence and contact with nature. We spent delicious days there and returned home relaxed and refreshed.”
