Our large Victorian house is in a quiet leafy road in South Liverpool It contains a comfortable basement flat, with a separate and private entrance. You can also park directly outside. It is only a ten minute taxi ride from Liverpool airport and on direct bus and train routes ( 10 minutes ) into the city centre. Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.

Jon is a great host, friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions, room was perfect for what we needed which was ultimately a bed for an early flight the next day, but it was also perfect to get into Liverpool centre as it's a 10 mins walk to the nearest station and then the metro was about 20mins so would be happy to stay here again even if it was for a weekend stay to see Liverpool. would happily recommend

Great location. Bus stop right outside if travelling into city centre. Sefton Park and Lark Lane are within walking distance (30 mins). Room was great, clean and tidy. Parking on the drive is an added benefit. Would recommend this as a good place to stay.

I was delayed arriving and turned up quite late in the evening. There is a key safe but Petar was there to let me in. I left early the following morning so had only a short stay. The facilities were fine and the house clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. With a 30 minute bus journey to/from Liverpool centre Petar's home was a very cost effective way to spend a night.

Such lovely hosts and a lovely house.... it's just as described. Bryn was so accommodating when we had some travel issues and nothing was a problem to him. He made the check in and check out so very flexible for us. Lovely selection for breakfast too. would totally recommend and we will definitely use again. 5 stars 😁

You was very friendly and gave us everything, including fruit, beer, wine, juice, coffee, a washing machine, and a microwave. It was a very clean and stylish house. The airport is easily accessible, just 15-20 minutes walk from here. And the golden retriever, Toffifee, is amazingly smart and cute We felt at home. We loved it. I would like to stay again.
